Hmm well we never really got closure on why Cinderella’s fairy godmother “won’t be missed” or whatever it was that Rumple said about her after he took her wand from her. Maybe she and this Black Fairy are somehow connected. It’s a different wand, but maybe there’s a league of not-so-nice fairies wandering around making trouble for everyone.
[adrotate group="5"]I neither think he’s really dead nor understand why he had to die for Pan to die. But I definitely do think they went somewhere not good. I mean, Rumple killed himself, meaning that he killed the Dark One, so he should have become the Dark One, but he was dead. He and his dad got sucked into a paradox, and I can’t wait to see where they end up.
PP trying to age works really well with another theory that’s floating around, the “PP and all of Neverland is under a curse that keeps everyone from aging” theory. A curse which could’ve been cast by a certain fairy whom I’m fond of pointing to as the Mastermind…
But then only PP would have stayed young, thus not explaining why Bae and Hook didn’t age either.
As for the whole “can’t say anything about casting call because it would spoil things,” the only reason I can think it would spoil things is if it’s someone we already met. Or looks like someone we already met. Or is somehow not what we’d expect. If it were just a young boy, why not share that?
What Wendy said about not being able to leave once you set foot on Neverland soil is that the Shadow doesn’t let people leave. If the Shadow doesn’t care about you, you can leave. So I bet Hook, not being a young boy (like Wendy wasn’t), would be able to leave. And in order to get Bae away, he would just have to beat the Shadow.
Why are we so sure that Alice is in London of the past in the trailer? I know that’s what it looks like, but maybe it modern London and that scene just threw us. So no time traveling has to occur. Also: So there are pirates and mermaids in Wonderland? Or did Alice and Cyrus go to Neverland? Because there’s a certain one-handed pirate whose backstory I would be thrilled to have involved Wonderland…
Also, I would like some cute little scene one day where someone walks into Granny’s and we we can just see Ashley and her prince (whose name I forget), Kathryn and Jim, and Jefferson and Grace all eating or something. Just to reassure us that they’re all ok and still happy in SB.
I am STILL wondering what happened to the hat Emma made for Jefferson in Hat Trick, and where Jefferson went after he (presumably) fell through, and how he got back to SB. I’m really doubtful this will be addressed, however. Maybe they could mention it in OUATIW, one day…
I think he can hear when people call him or say his name because he told Regina to call out for him in The Evil Queen. So if the name thing gave him a power to know when people where talking about him, why wouldn’t he spread that around by telling people his name? We’ll have to watch when they give us more of Bae’s Neverland past, but I’d wager he doesn’t say Rumple’s name once, just uses “The Dark One,” because then Rumplestilitskin would’ve been able to find him. Also, for more in the way of names having power, there’s been some speculation in other threads that the Shadow was summoned to Bae by him telling Wendy his name, because the Shadow didn’t show up until he found the Darlings. Perhaps the Lost Ones wouldn’t have found Hook’s ship either if Hook didn’t make Bae tell him his name.
The only way Belle will be staying in SB longer than the amount of time it takes to cloak the town is if something bad is going on there that she needs to stop. However, will she be able to leave? I’m assuming, even though there’s an antidote, the curse still occurs if you cross the town line, so who says you’ll remember to drink the antidote after you do and lose your memories, or if Blue has any more? Maybe Belle stays in SB studying magic until she can break that curse and go find Rumple. If she can leave, I think something will happen in SB to prevent it, like ex-king George making another power grab or THO somehow getting in (clearly they are not so against magic that they won’t sometimes use it). But I just think that K&H will want to keep her in SB to keep audience interest from completely being off SB, which is why I think they left her there in the first place. (And to keep Rumbelle fans in tension, of course.) Not that I think we’ll spend a lot of time there next season, but maybe the core cast will go back eventually.
