Decided to create an account and add my two cents to this.

The way I look at it, is that both Emma and Lily lean toward good or evil more so than would be “normal.”

So when they were born they both had the potential for good and evil, lets their 1/2 good and 1/2 evil. So when Emma’s potential was put into Lily, she became 1 whole evil and 1/2 good while Emma became 1 whole good and 1/2 evil.

They both still have the potential for both, they just have a tendency to lean in one particular direction.

That’s how I’ve chosen to look at it at any rate.
