In regard to the tape, Hook and Emma…it really has nothing to do with Rumple – to me, it doesn’t matter if it’s real or not, altered or not.  What matters is the events that lead up to it.

I agree with this with regards to Emma & Killian. It would have been nice to know if Mickey- I mean Apprentice was taping his living room, Rumple set it up (somehow), or Rumple was bluffing though, but at the end of the day whether the tape is fake or not doesnt really matter as it is essentially simply a plot device to kick of the angst that is coming.

I think Hook will tell Emma, and I do hope we get to see it.

I think Emma has come far enough to understand and not be angry about it.  Sure, she might have an initial angry reaction but I think it will be fleeting.

Before the realisation I had last night, I would have whole heartedly agreed with you- in many ways I still do if I’m honest (I think it’s the most likely way things will play out in any case)…
But last night I realsied it’s been what 3-4, maybe 5days since Emma & Killian shared that kiss outside Granny’s dinner after getting back from the future… thats not an awful lot of time for Emma to get totally comfortable with being entirely open to love & trust etc. & this is A&E we are talking about- they love their drama lol 😉 😛 So there is a little part of me that is wondering if we wont get an ep or few of kick back when it all comes out…. having said that, I think situation will come into play there as well, along with whatever other arcs need telling & plot forwarding that is required, as to how much time they spend on Emma’s reaction.

Ultimately, I think these events are setup to show us that just like Killian knows & understands Emma completely, Emma knows & understands Killian completely.  I think this is going to be the catalyst for Emma to realize she now has to be the support for Killian that he’s been for her since they first met.  I don’t think they’re going to waste time with Emma being angry or forcing a break up to make up scenario.

And the Neal/Hook meta a few pages back…perfection!  It’s like somebody jumped in my head and put my thoughts in a nice, cohesive essay far more eloquent than I could’ve come up with!  I don’t dislike Neal.  I just don’t think he and Emma were right for each other – 12 years ago or in present day.  If Neal were still here, I’d want him to find his Tallahassee as well – just, not with Emma, because he could never be the person Emma needs, and I don’t think Emma is the person Neal would’ve needed either.

Agreed. Or we could see another temporary death. I mean technically Charming died last season in 319; he just came back a minute later. And Henry died briefly in the first season when Regina poisoned him, but Emma brought him back. And then whatever that was with Rumple. We’ve had plenty of the major characters “die”, but they rarely stay that way.

Lol, I know right- when I finally can form coherent enough sentences to get my thoughts down, I then go off & read others & 9 times out of 10 we are all thinking along the same lines- just some are much more eloquent & concise at getting it out there- unlike ‘myself’ for instance 😉

You know, we can joke about Charming being all “not my mate” when Killian’s in trouble and pushing him out of the way but you know damn well a lot of that has to do with knowing the pirate loves his daughter and after seeing Emma come home from the date with her head in the clouds there’s no way in hell he’s letting anything happen to Killian Jones because it would hurt Emma and he will NOT risk his daughter’s happiness.
