My only concern with Emma conjuring knight Killian up for magical purposes, is I’m pretty sure Killy revealed himself as the knight, during a night scene… Or am I remembering it wrong? The only way I can think of it all fitting together is maybe Emma & Regina are stuck out there for literally hrs, while Emma is trying to learn magic Regina/Rumple’s way, it isnt going well & as darkness falls, Emma uses her love as strength- rather than hate/negative emotions & that’s how Snowing find out Henry thinks they are ‘boring’- because he’d rather stay with Killian until Emma returns, but Killian has something else he has to do & cant watch him until Emma is finished (maybe he Ariel has asked him to help again in SB & thats how he & WW end up meeting- or WW ‘stops by’ looking for Henry (to get to Regina) & thats how Hook meets her).
[adrotate group="5"]Umm- problem with the reason for Snowing knowing is floored though (I really dont think Snowing knows, as A&E said we’d see their reaction to him sending her there & we havent)- Snowing know she went to jail from the ‘sham’ election in S1, when Regina got Sydney to ‘dig up dirt’ on Emma- Remember he found out she went to prison, so they printed it in the paper. But they dont know “who” exactly sent her there as Emma hasnt said (as far as I recall).
I’m not sure Hook knows ‘exactly’ how Neal left Emma, he just knows he left her (unless Emma or Henry has told him, but I cant see post curse 2.0 Emma spilling the beans on that in a hurry, as she had no intention on telling Snowing about her ‘almost’ marriage).
I get Regina being wary of leaving Henry with Hook because what she said about him is her impression of him and she really hasn’t got to know him that well plus Henry is her son too. Same with her view on Rumple, she and Belle would have totally different opinions on Rumple. Though this leads me to something that bugs me about OutlawQueen, I like it and all but Robin is happy to let Roland near Regina? A woman who ordered the slaughter of an entire village? A woman who had his face on a wanted poster? Seriously? Since nobody remembers the missing year, I would’ve thought Robin would’ve at least been a bit wary of Regina in Storybrooke in regards to Roland’s best interests rather than letting his judgement be led by his trouser brain and looking at Regina’s bum saying “from this angle, Evil seems to be a misnomer” The woman has killed many, the name “evil queen” was chosen by her subjects not by her to make herself seem scarier. I would’ve thought there would at least be a period of time where Robin doesn’t want to get involved with Regina then realises she’s not as bad as he thought etc. Regina knows Robin is her chance at happiness, Robin doesn’t so why would he logically entertain the thought of romancing her when his last remembered interactions of her are as the evil queen?
I dont remember Robin allowing Regina near Roland while in SB? I know Regina went lurking in the bushes to spy on Robin while he was playing with his son, but Robin doesnt know that (that we know of anyway lol).
The way I look at their ‘quicker’ progression (atm), is that IF they became a cannon, TLC couple while in EF for that missing year, then the fact they’ve only had a memory wipe (not personality switch like curse 1.0), wont change those actual ‘True Love’, love feelings towards each other- they will still feel that same TL pull/attraction (as if they are actually bonded by TL/ together), but wont know why they feel that way (at least on Robins side anyway)- if that makes sense?
ZOMG! Just saw the new sneak peek! We Got 3 sneak peeks-3! 36 & 1/2 hrs to go…. I’m so going to bed early tonight lol LOVING the idea of Hook being in Emma’s swim or drown lesson- was that an illusion or did Regina transport them to some random swing bridge in SB? LOVED Regina pointing out Emma’s responses to Killy & can I just say- it is now CANNON/FACT! That Hook/Killian would make an AWESOME Father (so the haters now cant say he’d be a horrible father anymore & have a logical leg to stand on- again we called it….Waaaaaay back in S2 😉 ), so now have Emma ‘wanting’ Hook (doe eyed & yearning looks, that “everyone” has noticed), Hook wanting Emma, Charming has accepted Hook as a kind of ‘brother in arms’/Friend & most importantly Henry likes Hook & Hook likes Henry …….. Ummm CS may just set sail with all cannons blazing this season after all!, that thought not only makes me smile from ear to ear (seriously I already have a number of other hobbies- I dont know how to be less obsessed about the show & our ship lol), but I’m now so very SUPER, Over the top, Bring it On- NOW! EXCITED for tomorrow & the rest of the season, that I have no idea how I’m gonna survive the hiatus this winter!

Goodman and he also wrote this Sunday’s episode, The Jolly Roger, which we already know from the summary, sounds very similar to the flashbacks from What Happened to Frederick I was just gonna say that I realised that Hook going on quest to help Ariel get Eric back in JR will parallel Charming going on a quest to help Abigail get Frederick back in What Happened To Fredrick LOL. Gotta love our ship & it’s mega Snowing parallels 😉

Another good point, Emma would use it as another reason to not be able to have a HEA & regarding her hair LOL- thats what I thought 😉
I don’t like the phrase “gave permission” as it implies that Emma can’t make her own decisions and has to wait for the say so of someone else before she makes a decision.

I read some complaints about that too. Moving on was something she wanted to do in Ariel but Neal wouldn’t let her. I think what the phrase meant here is that she needed Neal’s blessing to move on, for him to be alright with her doing it. But even then, I don’t like that either because Emma’s a grown woman and seriously doesn’t need Neal’s permission to move on, but it was still nice to give her that closure before he died.

I used to be a hospice nurse and the phrase “giving permission” is used a lot when it comes to the dying process. Family members often have to give permission for a person to die – otherwise they never let go of the feeling that they are needed here to care for the people they are leaving behind which can lead to a long and “lingering” death. Also people who are dying also feel the need to give the people they are leaving behind permission to do things they think that they will have difficulty doing unless they are specifically told it is okay to do so. Ex. Young spouses will often give permission for their spouse to remarry after they die fearing that if they don’t let them know they want them to be happy again they will feel guilty if they find someone they want to move on with. It really isn’t done as a “control” or can’t think for yourself type of thing at all, but something that is done to bring peace and closure to the relationship of a dying person and the people he or she is leaving behind. So I actually found the phrase very appropriate, especially given that Neal was “fighting” against Hook for a second chance with Emma and they kept saying that she needed to make a choice. From that perspective he was telling her that it is okay to move on from what they once had and that he now WANTS her to choose to be with someone else and get what he always wanted to have with her. He did it so she wouldn’t feel guilty about moving on from him – which is why he made her promise him that she and Henry would be happy.
Good point there.My mother had to tell my grandfather it was alright to go home to his wife (my grandmother, who had died 50yrs before him), he asked her for a glass of water & had passed away when she got back (he was in hospice with stomach cancer). So I can relate to your point as well.
Actually, I was not a Spuffy ‘shipper but I do appreciate now everything Spike has gone through for Buffy, and Angel has more personality away from her. As for Emma’s interest, yes, she doesn’t vocalize it but seriously body language says more than dialogue. Take Emma’s eyelashes. Anytime Hook does something surprising or impresses Emma, her eyelashes flutter. It happens every time. I don’t think we’ve seen her do that with anyone else. And the way she leans in her body towards him instead of away, I mean, if the lack of personal space between them bothered Emma, she would say it does and Hook would step back. But she doesn’t. She likes having him close and I don’t think she minds the attention either. JMo gave an interview yesterday about Emma’s relationship with Hook!!!
