I think it could be though – to me it almost looks like the Pegasus is facing us, and the wings are coming out of it’s shoulders. Could just be shipper goggles though i suppose. Grrrrr, i need someone to sneak up to the bug on the set and take a picture lol

 

We may have to agree to disagree- I’ve owned & drawn horses for over 20yrs now- believe me, it’s not an equine version of a Pegasus (so not a Pegasus IMO 😉 ) I stared at that thing for over 20mins trying to figure it out, changing resolution etc & zooming in & out, going frame by frame- it’s not horse like at all & the “wings” are 2 ‘flaps’ (kind of like how dumbos ears are drawn when he flys), they are not feathered at all. They also extend out from the top of the image- not the sides (that is easy to see if watching in HD & you go frame by frame until you get to the 1st image of it- this image of it also discounts it being a Pegasus), so again not a Pegasus. The “legs”- which are very thick (horses legs are very thin), seem to be detached from the body laterally, by something ‘black’ going through them, which is attached to the ‘pink dots’ that extend out of the green circle (it also bisects the green circle)….. I almost thought it could have been a rose stem, but it still doesnt ‘fit’ well enough for me to say it is a rose stem….

I’ve been scouring the internet looking for pics of the rear window of Emma’s bug, for a clearer pic of that sticker- which I couldnt find, so resorted to going over S1 & S2 looking for rear window scenes with the sticker showing- no clear shots that I’ve found in 30 eps! However it definitely is the same sticker, so it has been there since the pilot- it is also on the bug when she steals it, so it’s not her that picks it out.

Honestly I dont think it is a Pegasus (would be AWESOME if it was though), it really doesnt look like a horse shape & the wings dont come out of the back/shoulders, they come out of the ‘top’/head)- it looks more like Dumbo when I pause it on my HD TV- a pink Dumbo wearing a top hat, encircled in green ‘pink elephants on parade’, with pink bubbles coming from Dumbos head …. or maybe it’s supposed to be some weird version of the white rabbit or none of the above, it really isnt cleat enough to get a definitive take on what it is exactly- I can just say, that IMO, unless the Pegasus is weirdly deformed, it isnt a Pegasus.

I’m sure you have notepad/notebook on your computer, if you’re not sure type it into the search function of your laptop/computer, copy and paste your text into notepad, and then copy and paste it from notepad to here gets rid of ALL the gobbledygook

Here’s most of the parallel list I did….

by no means complete yet- I need to do a re watch of S1 & S2, as well as add S3 stuff, but for now here it is:

List #1 Direct Snowing & Captain Swan Parallels:

01. Snow ties Charming to a tree when he interferes with her mission (he calls out her name) = Emma chains Hook to wall when she fares she cant trust him with her mission (he calls out her name)

02. Charming tries to reason with Snow not to continue with her mission & to let him help her = Hook tries to reason with Emma to let him help her with her mission.

03. Snow steals Charming’s jewels, he wrestles her to the ground, she knocks him out & takes the jewels = Hook steals the compass, Emma & he dual, Emma knocks him out & takes it.

04. Charming traps Snow in order to retrieve the jewels she took from him = Hook helps trap Emma to get the compass she took from him.

05.Charming snatches the vial of ‘evil’ fairy dust away from Snow = Hook snatches the dried magic bean away from Emma.

06. Snowing went on ‘quest’ to get magical ring = Captain Swan went on ‘quest’ to get magical compass.

07. Snowing fought Tiny/ the giant & ended up friends = Captain Swan fought Tiny/ giant & ended up if not exactly friends, then at least lay the ground work for him to make friends with everyone else.

11.MM sat with David in hospital = Emma sat with Hook in hospital.

12.Charming pressed for details of Snow’s life while trekking to the troll bridge = Hook pressed for details of Emma’s life while climbing the bean stalk.

13.Charming & Snow’s conversation on marriage/love, Charming was pro & Snow anti = Hook & Emma’s conversation on love, Hook pro & Emma anti.

14. Snow choose to go back & ensure Charming was safe/ to help him after she had what she wanted on the troll bridge = Emma choose to go back & ensure Hook was safe/ to help him after she had got what she needed in the giants castle.

15.Charming body slamming into the ground after launching himself at the magical portal which closed/vanished = Hook body slamming into the ground when launching himself at Cora (magical being) when she teleported/vanished.

16.Charming getting shot by arrow, had Snow come to his side in concern = Hook hit by car, had Emma come to his side in concern.

17.Snow agreeing with King George’s terms to keep Charming safe (without Charming knowing about it) = Emma agreeing with Rumple’s term to keep Hook safe (without Hook knowing about it).

19.George says to Charming ‘you are in love with another (Snow)’ (context of convo was- you cant just choose someone else, marrying rich is a means to an end) = Cora says to Hook ‘you chose her’ (Emma) (context of convo was- you are not allowed to have feelings for her- she’s a means to an end.)

20. Snow had her heart ripped out by Regina then put back in, so Regina could watch her suffer = Hook almost had his heart ripped out by Cora, but wasn’t killed as Cora wanted to break Regina.

21. Charming punches Hook in the face = Hook clonks Charming over the head.

22. Charming offers Snow his hand & she hesitates in accepting it = Hook offers Emma his hand & she hesitates in accepting it.

List #2 Direct Emma & Killian/Hook Parallels:
01.Henry tells Emma ‘she’s just like “his mother” = Bae tells Killian ‘he’s just like “his father”
02.Emma looses Neal & it destroys her = Killian looses Milah & it destroys him
03.Graham dies in Emmas arms = Milah dies in Killians arms
04.Emma should have grown up a Princess, but a villain took that life her = Killian should have grown up to be a Navy Captain, but a villain took that from him.
05.Emma wore a necklace representing her love of Bae/Neal = Hook wears a tattoo representing his love of Milah
06.Emma leaves Hook trapped up the beanstalk = Hook leaves Emma trapped in Rumple’s cell.
07.Emma lead a transient life- (moving from place to place)= Killian/Hook leads a transient life- (sailing from place to place).

09.Emma inhales the aroma of her riches (food she’s stealing) = Hook inhales the aroma of his possible riches (gold he steals)

14. Emma pulls back/shuts down when questioned about her love, Neal = Hook pulls back/ backs away when questioned about his love, Milah

I did a parallel list quite a few pages back now- think it was around the 60’s or 100 mark (it was towards the end of S2 anyway) …. I’ll see if I can find it, as most of it was SNowing/CS parallels- maybe it could have the new stuff added to it 🙂

I think it would. 1)When Henry was born Emma MUST have used magic somehow because the lights flickered. I’m pretty sure her emotions were all over the place. And Emma’s magic IS TL, so I’m pretty sure TLK would work, because if any magic would work in our world, the “most powerful magic of all” would. 2)The Dragon not only gave out magic potions, which I agree may not have been made in our world, but when Tamara confronted him about the potion he began to change form. So he could use magic in the land without magic. I don’t know, hopefully we’ll get some answers soooooooooooooon maybe we can submit a question to Matt at the Paleyfest about it

1) yeah, that’s what I was meaning- Rumple kept saying magic wouldnt work outside of SB (he said it a number of times to different people), so how come Emma’s did & 2) yeah thats what I actually meant by the Dragon ‘using’ magic here …  but this doesnt jive with what Rumple has been saying & he obviously believes it, since he only needed Emma because he couldnt magically track Bae out side of SB (like Charming did Snow & again with the Hatter)….. hmm I wonder if magic (of any kind) would work here now SB is gone.

Haha- I actually tried to edited Rumple in there- I think I deleted him out, when I edited a sentence before posting & forgot to add it back in- it’s after 3am here, so I’m not really with it lol- but yes Rumple is included in this- Robert, Lana, JMO, Ginny, Josh & Colin all are FANTASTIC emotional actors.

Hehe, if you talk to just about everyone I know (I dont even mean Once fans, let alone CS fans/shippers), they’d say it’s pretty clear cut what it means, when someone adds a “but” to their statement- everything before the but is often true enough, BUT it is there to soften the blow or justify what comes after the “but”, which is the ‘real’ truth- the actual meaning of the sentence.

ie. It was really nice, but it was a little hot for me.

I didnt want to do it, but he/she made me do it.

I love you, but I cant be with you.

I want it, but I cant have it.

Yes, I forgive you, but you have to understand….

Pretty much all but’s do is serve to undo the beginning of the statement, because it’s what comes after, that is really meant.

To me, if Emma really wanted to have another shot with Neal or still loved him ‘romantically’ (because there is a BIG difference between loving someone & being ‘in love’ with someone IMO), the sentence structure would have been reversed- ie- something along the lines of ‘My secret is ‘I was hoping you were dead, because you hurt me so much, but I love you, I will always love you’ – to me that say’s ‘you hurt me, but not enough that I cant get over it, as my love for you is stronger than the hurt’- the 1st part might be true, but it’s the 2nd part that is actually the truth (I would have honestly been VERY worried for CS if they had worded the “I love you” as the but).

I guess people will always twist whatever is said to their own advantage- whether it makes sense or not 😉
