I agree Kat 🙂 & I hope I can get the software sorted out too- think I’ll have to use WMM for the 1st couple, but it’s sooooo sloooooowwwwwwww & limited, not to mention the quality is really poor at the best of times 😐 Maybe after I’ve fixed the truck’s doors & brought my baby her new saddle, I’ll look into SVP more (I just gulp at $400 on software, when a saddle is $800 lol 😉 )

Sure sounds like she doesn’t want Emma to revert back…right?? (Snow currently keeps glaring at Hook but I so want this thrown back in her face when it comes time for Emma to defend her relationship with Hook.)

Objectively I understand why Snowing haven’t done much about Neal (now we’ve finally had an awesome Hook ep lol 😉 )- aside from being Rumple/Darkones son, he is Henry’s father & they don’t know him from a bar of soap really- I don’t even think Emma has told them EXACTLY what went down between them either- other than they broke up badly & she got hurt. So I could see Charming ‘doing’ something to address it, or telling Neal something along the lines of ‘don’t you dare hurt her like that again & if you think you will, back off now’, if they did find out.For all Hook’s bad actions he hasn’t gone out of his way to hurt her, he has given as good as he gets ie. If you don’t cross him, he wont cross you- Neal has (even if he felt he was justified for doing what he was doing- he allowed her to go to prison for his crime, he allowed her to stay there & he never looked her up afterwards- not to mention all the smirks etc after Tamara turned up & everyone saw Emma still had feelings for him) ;).
I too see all the parallels between CS & Snowing, SF, Rumbelle & RumIah (stuff typing out Rumple/Milah every time these parallels are discussed & I get the feeling it’ll be more often now- they were married & had a kid, they can have a merged name too imo 😉 ) At the end of the day I think Emma has been used/sacrificed enough. Let her have a man who is so bound by honor & love (*cough*Hook & Charming*cough*), she can move on with life & put the past in the past.
After all, what’s the old saying “Women marry men who are similar to their fathers” 😉 Hook is far more Charming than Neal has been shown to be & Emma’s past choices in men (including Neal) has been guy’s who have qualities with which she was then familiar- in other words, behaviors values & attitudes which she learned growing up (For her those involved being not good enough to be loved, being abandoned etc)- many of her core behaviors, attitudes & values are changing, now she has her family back, will the temptation to go back to what she knows still be there- of course, but she is growing & changing from who she was & she need’s someone who wont judge her on her past alone, her actions stemming from it, or on who her family is- so far that’s Hook.

So many feelings I can’t stop watching it! It doesn’t have every moment ever but it does have a LOT of the history from Tallahassee and how it’s similar but with a different outcome in And Straight On Til Morning. Absolutely Brilliant!
I LOVE that fanvid 🙂 – I DL’ed it yesterday (while trying to upgrade my horrid video software- looks like I’ve either gotta spend $400 on SVP or use WMM 😡 🙁 ), but my internet cut out (water on the line), so I couldn’t post or get back on line until this morning 🙁

That drawing is certainly interesting….Hook always says she'd make an interesting pirate but wow! I bet it was scrapped because they wanted her to be more real world to start off with and then they were having issues getting rights to use the Peter Pan mythology but WOW! She does look good in the coat even in a drawing…what are the odds Hook gives it to her to wear for real sometime??

Another thing worth pointing out in favor of CS, is A&E wanted Hook in there from the word go (it was only rights issues that kept him out)- they considered changing Henry’s father from Bae when pretty much the whole fandom had guessed it was Bae (as soon as Bae portal jumped- most of us had guessed it to be cannon), why would they even consider changing Bae being Henry’s dad, if Emma & Henry’s dad are supposed to be series ‘endgame’- it doesn’t make too much difference (over all), if they aren’t truly series endgame tho now does it 😉
Ohhhh I do hope Killian gives Emma sailing lessons at some stage during S3- at this point he’s the only one there who knows how to sail the ship & he needs his rest too after all 😉
ok- so I did actually laugh out loud at the last point in that tumbler thing- it’s sea folk humor 😉 (it was very well done other wise)- but they really should have asked someone who knew something about sailing & yachts (in this case a Ketch) before they posted that little bit, as Emma is holding onto a boom while the mainsail is down- she isn’t steering anything (the boom runs off of the mast & is only drives the ship forward when the mainsail is up & catching wind), she’s just holding on like all the others in those scenes 😉
