Anyone else catch Rumple holding ‘his’ wand over Henry’s head? Protection spell I hope!

Oh & I forgot to mention that the daddy/daughter moment could be Charming comforting Emma after Henry is discovered missing- maybe they leave a kind of ransom note ie. ‘When I get my father, you’ll get your son’ & Emma blames herself for putting Henry in the middle of all this. Charming would be understanding of her sending her child off for his own good – it’s what he had to do after all, Or it could be after a scuffle with Greg & Tamara or even Regina, where Emma realizes SB simply isn’t safe anymore & feels torn between staying with & fighting for her family/ loved one’s & friends (personally I think that for Emma, ‘home’ is where her loved ones are) or taking Henry & leaving to safer ground. It could also explain Emma’s face & the dock scene with Regina maybe.

Regarding Owen being the child referred to in the prophecy & also ‘when’ the EQ pics fit in- I found this little gem of an interview on youtube from after? paleyfest & it answers both those questions nicely:

Eddy says “He has the prophecy that Henry will be his undoing” So it seems more likely it is indeed Henry rather than Owen, unless they twist his statement- which they could… but it makes less sense to do so, as being Henry, it gives Rumple chances to choose love over power & help him towards redemption– choosing between Owen & power = dead Owen.
Choosing between Henry & power = VERY, VERY tough decisions for him to make ie. how much does he want love, how much does he want Belle & Bae in his life, what happens when Emma, Snowings, & Regina, as well as pretty much all of SB find out- cause eventually they will, the list goes on & killing Henry means Hook will have a VERY long line of supporters in his gold hunting efforts 😉

Eddy goes on to talk about the Evil Queen ep- “we are going to find a surprising little slice/chapter of her life, in the early days, of when she took over & got rid of Snow's father” & A&E both say there are other EQ's/no shortage of evil on their show….looking forward to seeing what Regina got up to in her early days of ruling.

It’s such a waste of chemistry is they don’t go there. Emma doesn’t have half as much with Neal as with Hook & Neal doesn’t ‘get’ Emma half as much as Hook does. 😉

Gosh YES! for spoilers- though the couple so far have been interesting 😉

Yes, I hope so too- I love how alike these 2 are in almost every way, it’d be nice to see hints, before an almost there, enter a couple of other ‘suitors’, resulting in Hook realizing he’s going to miss his chance & goes for gold…..(that was not meant to be a pun! lol….honestly!)
I still hope, hope, hope that Cora’s “You chose her” line to Hook & I think it was Adam’s “& sometimes you just choose” statement at paleyfest concerning finding love, are connected.

2nd loving this idea…. but he does want vengeance/justice when it comes to Rumple….badly, so maybe he get’s ‘taken in’…. again 😉 because of it & someone (shall we say Emma 😉 ) happens to make a point of that particular fact in such away that when he next see’s her, he changes tact or pauses long enough to hear what she has to say, making for a nice little CaptianSwan moment 😀 – besides Hook needs to be on the Jolly Roger to help Emma with Neal 😉 😉

Agree it is meant to be a fun promo & also with Phee…. except this time the spoilerwhores are hanging out for their Once hit, so an insane amount of over analyzing of ‘fun promos’ is one withdrawal symptom 😉 Brings back memories of lead up to the start of S2 😆

That body-less dragon/best thing still is bugging me- why body-less? Wouldn’t it promote the show more easily as fantasy/drama ‘fairtale’ by showing an actual dragon? Maybe it’s a perceived treat- not actually real & hence body-less 😕
I still cant get the ‘cut off the head of the snake’ to remove a dangerous enemy parallel, out of my head or that fact that this head came back to get them.

Yeah, I have to admit, I have my doubts about Henry being protected.

I also understand your thinking as to why you don’t want them protected… for me, that protection is only from Regina (so Rumple & other villians are still a threat), only active in FTL/EF & wouldn’t come into play until the end of the series (I hope), as a way of allowing Regina to safely be a part of Henry’s & their family, given all of the murdering she’s done of it 😉

This could just be my desire to see at least one season of those who go back to FTL, rebuilding & working through those challenges & watching Emma & Henry truly get to grips with ‘FTL’ life would be entertaining 😉 split with those that stay in SB trying to ‘fit’ into our world & the challenges that have been brought by outsiders being able to enter a magical town etc, which I find less entertaining since we’ve already seem some of that this season & it really doesn’t really allow too much room for story telling given none of the FTL folk can leave town with out loosing their memories.
