I wish it were possible for Belle’s true love kiss to set Mr. Gold free from his Dark One curse in SB, but since magic is different here, it’s quite unlikely now.Yeah… I figured since his ‘true loves kiss’ didn’t break his darkone curse after he’d let magic loose in SB, that it was back to square one as far breaking it goes.
My theory so far is he gets stabbed with the knife- ending his curse, Belle kisses him just as he dies & rainbow shock waves burst outwards from Rumbelle as he awakes to his twu wuv dearies 😆 😉
[adrotate group="5"]surayyaParticipant… I’m REALLY trying to, but I’m just not buying 17 year old from a pair of glasses- 20 yeah- but not 16-17 years old 😐
I’m hoping I’m so engrossed in the story, that it will not look/feel too weird 😉 I hope it comes across better on screen than it looks in the photos 😐
I think they may have managed to get away with a much younger Regina on account of the FTL wardrobe & hair compared to SB Regina’s more mature, modern clothing/style.surayyaParticipant^ 😕 Don’t know why it didn’t work, but have changed the link to another (not as good) pic 😉

I don’t see Bae forgiving him for so much, especially since Rumple killed his mom and a whole bunch of other things like the cure. This will be all the worse because i think he will find out about this stuff one at a time.
What I meant by my statement of them blaming it on the darkone curse, is that no matter how evil Rumple behaves under the influence of the darkone curse, he IS under the influence of Dark magic & so not acting of his own true volition (much like a high drug addict- they cant control what they are doing & are capable of heinous acts totally out of character when under the influence)- as say Regina is- she may be being manipulated like a puppet on strings, but ultimately, she has free will to choose to stop. Rumple on the other hand has the excuse of the Darkone curse tainting his soul, inducing him to be evil & so cant choose to simply stop it working on him, unless he kills himself. Therefore of all the characters, he is the one who while he is able to be the cruellest most evil of them all, still has in effect the best/easiest defence for doing so.
It doesn’t change what he did under the influence, it does make forgiveness & redemption much more possible, as he didn’t have free will to ‘resist’ doing evil.

They should just title an episode ‘The Origin of the Bug’ and make it Herbie from the herbie disney movies lol.
H&K have already confirmed in an interview that Emma's car is indeed Herbie 😉 – I think I linked the interview in another post about this episode 🙂
surayyaParticipant…turns out I have read MANY, MANY more interviews than I thought 😯 So it may take awhile to find it again.
surayyaParticipantI honestly really don’t get where he’s coming from on this?! 😕
Charming married Snow White, who IS a Princess/Queen by birth right- her father was a King!So it no longer matters if Charming was or wasn’t a prince by birth- he is now rightfully Prince/King through marriage to a Princess/Queen!
So who would care what King George has to say about it?! I mean most of these people fought for Snow to be free before Charming came onto the picture anyway, so when she fought for her true love/Charming so did they- it just happened that George was the one in the way 😕
surayyaParticipantI’ll try find the interview ….. I’m not sure if it was directly linked from here, or if I found it from linking from off of another interview I was reading- But Yes, they did state with no room for interpretation that they would be killing off a Beloved character to keep the threat real- I believe they mentioned they didn't want us forgetting this is a war they are fighting & that there will be deaths.
surayyaParticipantBlue Fairy has been confirmed as a “Good Guy” by H&K, so at this point she isn’t plotting against the people of EF. I think people need to realise that the one time she has out right lied by telling half truths, was ONLY because Gep was blackmailing her- She stated clearly her original plan & intention was for BOTH Snow & Charming to go through the wardrobe before Emma was born.
I doubt given H&K have said she is “good”, that she’d lie to keep Rumple in EF- it’s counter productive for her to have an uber powerful, evil villain running about killing her fellow Fairy Godmothers (as well as countless other people in general) & destroying peoples happiness… cause he can.
She had hoped that Rumple’s ONLY shred of pureness- his true love for his son, would prompt him to follow Bae- Remember at this point Bae believed his fathers promise to him that he would be rid of the curse if Bae found away to make it happen without having to kill him & it was Bae who CALLED the Blue Fairy for help & told her of his situation- she didn’t track him down! In fact given she was a little revolted by the taint of dark magic on him, I doubt she even knew who he really was until he told her.Oh I really hope that hook in the chest isn’t foreshadowing for Hook sticking the dagger in Rumple’s chest. It may be too delicious of a parallel for them to resist though.
Oh I like it! 🙂
I doubt at this stage Rumple would be killed off, he’s just to important to the storylines they have going atm- However, H&K have stated categorically, that they will be killing off one of our “BELOVED” characters this season!
I cant see it being any of the 'new guys', as they said this I think 2weeks or so ago, so that only really leaves S1 characters, which narrows it down to Archie, Red, Belle, August, Bae, Whale, Grumpy (I cant think of any other 'beloved' semi regulars/regulars off hand) & our mains. So anything is possible! They did say they wanted to make a point of keeping the peril/danger to our characters “real”- So I doubt Cora will not be taking prisoners!October 22, 2012 at 1:42 pm in reply to: Rumple just keeps digging himself deeper and deeper… #157577surayyaParticipantYeah, he went way too far this time- killing his wife for actually doing the right thing for herself & ultimately her son (or so she thought), that was an act of pure evil & vindictiveness. If every man or women was able to kill their spouse for leaving a loveless marriage, we’d probably die as a species 😆
She tried to tell Rumple why she was acting the way she was & how she felt- he being a coward wanted no part of it & simply expected her to pull her head in & live life the way he was comfortable living. So he lost his wife.
She didn’t take Bae with her because as others have said, she knew that wasn’t a stable life for a VERY sheltered child, especially when he had a loving, all be it coward of a father, who would take care of him (& I’m sure she felt he’d be safe as Rumple being a weaver & a coward was Very very unlikely to get into fights or disputes etc).Another facet to his murdering Milha that I thought played a Massive role, was the fact he didn’t once mention what He himself had forced Bae into. I fully believe when he killed Milha, he was punishing her for what he himself did to Bae & simply used the excuse of her leaving him to be with her true love & happy as justification for himself.
I still think Regina is/was the more twisted one, but I now feel Rumple is categorically the more cruel/evil one of the pair- he doesn’t even have the excuse of being manipulated into his actions, he chooses it with cold hearted callousness, even with those we actually loves or cares for 😐
The only thing that allows Rumple to get away with pure evil, is the fact H&K will just blame it all on the darkone curse- so if/when he finally lets go of magic/power he will be able to be totally redeemed- In some ways that is kind of a cop-out tho—- at least in my eyes it is.
