Not too long now, Sportsfans!! The *sport* of angst embracing, leather dude loving, Emma encouraging, laughing, shaking our heads in wonder and talking directly to the TV screen are soon upon us
Lots to digest and speculate, but as always, an adventure into someone else’s head and heart telling a twisted tale.
Kisses and monsters and mysteries, oh MY. Thanks for the yummy smooch visuals and links. The Hook is back? Hmmm, it sure is extra LONG in those spoiler pics, could be our pirate has to ease his way out of using it by still using it even with a newly returned hand? Wasn’t it hanging in the Sheriff’s office earlier??? The only surefire thing we know is that we don’t really know anything (grin) I miss the pirate coat of course, and the ship, but…we move onward. Looks like Emma is finally going to get herself a BFF in Elsa. What a match!
Fun fun fun, Saturday with Jamie and Claire (talk about serious angst!) ending for the first half and ONCE cranking up on Sunday for the beginning. A good weekend all around

As for the hook I think it looks extra long due to the fact they cant hide the fact he’s only holding the hook in that modern jacket- not enough sleeve length, bulk & ‘swish’ to break up the lines of his body, like his pirate jacket does. It will be a shame, as not often can you really tell how much longer his hook in pirate gear, but I’ll live with it if I have too I guess 😉 lol. I just hope his magical chest hair is still allowed some air time- it has fans worldwide of its own LOL 😛 😉

I’s posting a portion of the Once upon a Fan interview that really moved me. I think that the one thing we all agreed on last season was that we wanted to see Emma fight for love, to fight for Killian, instead of pushing him away due to her fear. Sounds like we might get our wish this season

Diane: So their relationship will take some turns that we’re not expecting? I know you’ve already said that they’re not going to sit and eat pizza and watch Netflix—you won’t allow them to have it that easy.
Eddy: You know, we’ve seen Emma for three seasons, over sixty-six episodes. It’s very hard for her to let people in. She’s only called her parents “Mom” and “Dad” twice. Once when she thought she was dying, and then last year when she realized Storybrooke was her home. And so really, it took us that long just to earn that much with her. So for us, even the idea that she would realize she has feelings for Hook, and then the idea that she would just drop everything and be trusting, well we didn’t feel that was real. So we wanted to show the development between the two and what problems they have. And of course, there will be some plot problems along the way! But in the first few episodes we wanted to emotionally get into Emma’s head and wonder how she really feels about Hook.Oh, I hadnt read that yet! Thanks for posting @Callmelola!
Good lord- I think I’m going to die of spoiler feels before Ep01 gets here lol …. Not that I’d ever not spoiler myself to prevent said spoiler death lol 😉 😛I wouldn’t be surprised @surayya . If this is the season that Emma gets her life in order and finds a way to control her magic, I think it’s likely the same one where she shares TLK with Hook.
One of the awesome things about our ‘ship, I love how whenever there is a new CS kiss still there’s a meltdown every single time. Like we’re honestly shocked at another one, even though it was inevitable.
Then, I can finally write that section my True Love meta.

Vid clip of Emma, Killy, Snowing filming, I watched before I read the thoughts on what was said/going on & agree with what is said & the context. Also can 100% confirm Killy has his hook back by at least this ep.I THINK Emma’s magic is going haywire and as Killian runs forward toward her, Emma warns him away (“Let me go!” and something else I couldn’t quite hear? Maybe something warning that she’ll hurt him?).
As she does so, her magic seems to bring the streetlamp down, onto David.
She’s horrified and runs off (hello, Elsa parallel) while they call after her that David’s okay.

Is Frozen’s Ice Queen Elsa (Georgina Haig) on Team Storybrooke now? It would seem so. She joined the Charmings (Josh Dallas & Ginnifer Goodwin), Henry (Jared Gilmore), RumBelle (Robert Carlyle & Emilie de Ravin) and Hook (Colin O’Donoghue) in running to Emma (Jennifer Morrison)’s aid at the Sheriff’s Station set in rainy Steveston this morning. Something or someone — likely the Snow Queen (Elizabeth Mitchell) — blasted through a wall and brought down a lamp standard.
Ok, I admit- I’m waaaay excited right now (overdosing on CS feels is fantastic!) SO to celebrate 4 & 1/2 days to go 🙂
How Emma and Hook Went From Sword Fighting to Smooching
A lot of fairy-tale antics went down on this season of Once Upon a Time, and while we’re still scratching our heads about much of it, one thing we did love was the development of Emma and Hook’s relationship. First, we got their hot, fairly long-awaited kiss between Emma and Hook, then some mixed signals, lots of flirting, and then in this week’s finale, a sweet, sexy makeout. As sizzling as the kisses have been, the road to this hasn’t been all romance — in fact, the mounting sexual tension has also involved a lot of fighting (literally, sword fighting, you guys). So how have we gotten to this amazing relationship? Let’s examine.
When Emma and Hook first meet, she knows he’s trouble and ties him to a tree. She definitely knows how to make a first impression.
One of the first things Emma and Hook ever do together is climb a beanstalk, after which Emma’s hand is kind of beat up. This is how Hook dresses her hand. Try to keep it together.
I mean, seriously.
The trip up the beanstalk was just the beginning of a little spark between Emma and Hook.

There are accidental embraces.
That spark culminates in a full-on swordfight when they’re still in Fairy Tale Land in season two, and it’s awesome to see Emma be so fierce.
But what’s way more awesome is how much Hook flirts with her.
Oh, you.
. . . and just gets straight-up dirty. Yes, he really says that.
He pretty much deserves this.
Finally, all that word- and swordplay has to go somewhere — leading us to this!
Sorry, Emma — I just don’t believe this’ll be a onetime thing.
Told ya so! Well, she doesn’t exactly want the kiss in the Winter finale, but she remembers eventually.
Remember she does, and after being back in Storybrooke for a while and spending some time with Hook, watching him be kind to her son, and finally learning he had given up his ship for her, she leans in and kisses him in the season three finale.
