Now I will admit to being a touch confused… Do we actually know for certain what modern Killian is wearing? I mean we had the pics a few pages ago, but then people started saying they’re fakes- ok, now we have these & to me it looks like Colin chilling bts without all the heavy leather & vest on (since it looks kinda hot) & in full Hook garb for filming. I guess either way, we’ll know soon enough 😉

Neal killed Leggy. Leggy was the name we gave to the squid on the forums, he had his own backstory and everything!

I have to wait to do my favorites/least favorites.  The husband and son are going to Maine for 4 wonderful days and I have the house to myself – and the dogs and the cats – and I have planned a S1-S3 marathon.

Cool, look forward to them & wow, alone time- that is like hens teeth when you have kids! 😉 Hope you thoroughly enjoy your ‘you’ mini holiday 🙂

What was interesting about that clip is Hook says “Red Jackets aren’t in vogue until never”. “In vogue” doesn’t seem like something they would say in the EF so has the modern world started to rub off on Hook? Has Hook been reading Vogue magazine?

I believe (& this will prove how many times I’ve watched the episode lol) Killian say’s “The point is to minimize you making a lasting impression & sadly red leather jackets don’t come into vogue here EVER.”

I also believe the word “vouge” has been around since the late 1500s to early 1600s, so probably not much of a stretch that Killian would use the term 😉

Ok, so hopefully this will get people chatting a bit more- it’s scary quiet in here!

Whats everyones all time fav episodes so far?

I think I’ve narrowed it down to these 3 for me-

#3 is S01E01 (I never hit the ff button when I watch the pilot- for me this is Once at it’s heart & lets be honest Henry was a very cute little kid back in the day! I love the mystery of the 1st season- I still miss that about the show if I’m honest.)

#2 is S02E01 (This one is simply the superb acting from Ginny, Josh & JMo- LOVED their family reunion scenes- just touching, heart warming & heart breaking all at the same time & Regina’s sass & jacket swish right before she goes to unleash her magic & fails… who doesnt love that bit!)

#1 is S03E21/22 (I have yet to hit the ff button for the ‘movie’, loved it from start to finish the 1st time around & still love it many re-watches later, I love the growth both characters go through & the oh so satisfying ending-we have love, loyalty, loss, comedy/sass/one liners, romance, hope, heartbreak, self awakenings, prices paid, prices yet to be paid, stunning costumes & angst all rolled into one epic fairy tale/ Once adventure. I loved everything about the episode- warts & all, loved the length of this arc (85mins instead of 42:30-ish min), I love the spaces Regina has got to, I love OQ, love where Snowing is heading & love where Henry is at as well- not to mention where Killian & Emma are at 😉 + most of the ‘movie’ was set in EF, which I prefer over SB, so how could I not rank it my no.1 episode 😉 ).

I cant really pick a least fav ep off the top of my head, I’d have to do a complete rewatch for that & note which episodes I ff the most lol. I do tend to FF Rumple’s arcs & most of Regina’s S2 arcs, along with a fair bit of the late NL stuff (I dont enjoy repetition or watching characters making the same mistakes & choices over & over).

 

I can pick a least fav scene of the entire series:

Neal calling in the Kraken/squid & then killing it just for it’s ink- gonna be honest, that really disturbed me & really had me thinking (after the whole Roland gate thing), that Neal was going to go ‘dark’ (it would have been right up there with unicorn murder if Regina had crushed the heart of the unicorn instead of random women’s). Killing it to protect yourself- ok, fair enough- but he actually called it in just to kill it! 🙁 Killing people is one thing, but doing it to innocent animals- even in fantasy- is another- esp if it’s done like that! But that’s just me- I find abuse of animals & children hard to stomach anytime, with any genre… I was a cry baby watching War Horse & have to fight the tears watching ‘that scene’ in Lion King lol- it’s kind of silly as the 1st million times I watched Lion King as child, I never cried at all! o.O

Wow, the forums are unusually quiet- even by hiatus standards…. can almost hear the echos of my mouse clicks out there now lol 😉 Seems to show just how much talk revolved around SF out on the main boards- it’s like almost everything has ground to a stand still out there o.O we almost have a ‘ghost forum’ atm *listens to the pin drop* lol 😛
