Yeah, I think Mum and Dad scene. Because we’ve been waiting for it since the first 10 minutes of Broken, when memory-restored Snow and Charming first hugged Emma knowing she was their daughter.
Also because it prompted both Ginny and Josh to tweet along the lines of “SHE CALLED US MUM & DAD – do you know how long we’ve waited for that?!”
[adrotate group="5"]swanning-offParticipantI hope so.
But I don’t have much faith 😕

I think he also left Belle to protect her from Peter because he’s not sure he can beat him
Rumple didn’t know he was going to NL until after he told Belle to stay behind and he used the globe thing.
But he seemed pretty certain as to who GOAT worked for, and warned the others they should be scared of that being. Maybe Mr Gold never got around to reading Peter Pan? Doesn’t know that Pan lives in Neverland? Or he just had his suspicions confirmed when Hook said the island visage on the globe was Neverland??
swanning-offParticipantWhy is everyone so certain Red is gone? Didn’t Adam tweet something about it being fine – her other show is filmed in Vancouver, so it won’t be hard to get her over for a few shots as Red.
swanning-offParticipantPeter Pan, based on that reveal, seems to be the Big Bad to end all Big Bads, so I’m OK with reformation for the Evil Queen, Captain Hook and the Dark One.
For fancrushing purposes, I want Hook to remain good just because. In terms of plots I’m sick to death of seeing, I hope Regina remains on the relatively good path – I think she’ll always be a bit twisted and snarly, because she’s so deranged and paranoid she simply cannot see the world properly. Rumplestiltskin…. will be interesting. He has the most to lose and the most to gain – his life/power and his son/grandson. I don’t think we’ll see full tilt evil Rumple again – maybe ruthless, maybe kicking butt, but not full on evil.
swanning-offParticipantEven Keegan Tracey-whatserface has picked up on the Plot Device Fairy thing. I noticed that while all the cast were live tweeting the finale earlier today, she tweeted something about “hopefully I’m off doing something important to save Storybrooke…. ??”
When even the actress thinks her character has been reduced to just a plot device mechanism, I think we can safely say that the Sneaky Fairy theories are all off the table. I would love to proved wrong, but doubt I will be.

Hook’s final backflip, inspired by his guilt at handing Baelfire over to the Pan Gang, to help out.
Hook backstory generally and the puppy dog eyes…. swooning.
Charming punching Hook, has been coming for a while and was hilarious.
“Mum… Dad…” 🙁 I cried. Ugly crying. Gandalf “fly you fools” style crying (i.e. as in the sort of crying I did in the cinema first time I saw LOTR – even though I knew the books backwards and knew he wasn’t “dead” per se…. I ugly-cried!)
The Pan twist at the end…. ?!!! Awesome.
Grumpy helping Belle, even if it meant doing the Dark One a favour too. So sweet. And Chip returns!!! 🙂
Granny babysitting Henry, with a crossbow. Hells to the yeah!Things that were kind of uncool….
The additional backflip from Hook, in between the cafe and him coming back. OK, I know we needed a reason plotwise as to why they wouldn’t carry out the chuck-the-diamond-into-a-portal plan, but geez…. how many double crosses can he do?!
I’m going to say it again: unlike seemingly everyone else, I didn’t mind Belle being left behind. Maybe because I did a lot of board-trawling while waiting to find a stream of the finale to watch online, so I know it was coming. But largely because it means we will come back to Storybrooke, whether “we” as the viewers or “we” as the Charming-Mills-Rumplestiltskin convoluted family tree.
swanning-offParticipant😮
That is all.
swanning-offParticipantI’m OK with Belle staying behind, as I said in my processing post in the unanswered questions thread. It means we – the viewers – will stay connected to Storybrooke, at least, or we know that the Char-Mills-Tiltskins have good reason to come back. (and please, no more family connections!)

Yeah, my biggest concern was WHY didn’t Regina just stopped them from moving right before they jumped the portal the way she stopped Daniel from attacking her ?
She just nearly exhausted her strength, and her life, to prevent the failsafe from detonating. I don’t think she could do anything magical, and was physically only running on adrenaline.
OK: my processing.
What do we actually KNOW?
1. Peter Pan is in Neverland.
2. Nealfire is alive (just?) and is wherever Aurora, Phillip and Mulan are.
3. Storybrooke is safe and can be protected from the outside world, so no more GOAT style incidents
(and personally, I’m quite OK with Belle staying behind because it means we will return to Storybrooke and all those wonderful characters in it, no matter how pessimistic Rumple might be about his journey having a return date)4. Peter Pan has been looking for Henry for…. how long? OK, we don’t know how long, but we do know Pan is looking for Henry.
What do we THINK we know?
1. GOAT are working for the Home Office which is run by Peter Pan.
That’s the obvious outcome of Rumplestiltskin’s analysis at the end. But we don’t actually know that GOAT know Pan is in charge – in fact, we know the opposite. Remember their chat with Hook at the start of the episode? They both admitted they have no clue who is actually calling the shots – and it didn’t matter. Which is, quite frankly, weirder than usual for these two. Let’s work for a zealous organisation committed to torture, murder and eradication of all magic, which will ask us to die for the cause, but never question why we’re doing it and who is in charge????
We also didn’t have it confirmed that the Home Office is aware it is doing Peter Pan’s bidding…. perhaps the Shadow can influence?2. Peter Pan wanting Henry and Henry being the Dark One’s Undoing….. too coincidental. Must be linked.
3. The Shadow is Peter Pan’s shadow.
We think that, because of the connection to the original story of JM Barrie. But remember what Creepy Gang Leader said – Pan’s punishment is to rip away your shadow…. Perhaps he can turn shadows to his use? It would seem deeply weird if Pan’s punishment to people who annoy him is to do what he’s quite happy to do to himself.4. Plot Device Fairy is Plot Device-y.
What do we definitely NOT know?
1. Where are Nealfire & Co currently?! Neverland? Enchanted Forest? Somewhere else?
2. How did Peter Pan get connected to the Home Office and vice versa?
Seems the theories about the Lost Boys setting up the Home Office might be right, in a round about way… if we think of the Pan Gang as the “Lost Boys” of legend, and not the actual boys who are lost in Neverland….3. Why does Peter Pan want Henry?
See point 2 in what we think we know.4. How did GOAT start working for the Home Office?
They’re willing to die for their cause, they made that abundantly clear. We know why/how Greg/Owen became so desperate. But we don’t know about Tamara (cue theories about Robin Hood and Maid Marian etc here).5. How many worlds is the Home Office in?
Seems that Peter Pan was sending the Shadow only to the Land Without Magic. Seems, but we don’t know. Maybe they went to different lands as well.6. HOW DOES RUMPLESTILTSKIN KNOW ABOUT PETER PAN & THE HOME OFFICE?????
