Just because its not on screen doesn’t mean that Henry does not have friends.
No, but the fact that his entire life is considered one of isolation and loneliness IS. It’s been stated many times that he’s a lonely sad kid. Also, the fact that the plot overrides Henry’s emotional development is very evident. He’s had no time to make friedns…except when he was in NYC, away from the crazy.
He was in NYC for a year in reality. In his mind he has memories of growing up away from the crazy so therefore, given his current state of have both realities memories, he’s not the isolated child he was in seasons 1-2. He’s a normal kid of what 14ish

He needs a friend first. He doesn’t even have any of those. I say start with that. He’s never had friends so far as we can tell.

Hes never hung out with Eva and Nicolas outside of that one episode. They vanished. And they were never friends to being with. August also vanished. They had ONE play time.

Honestly? None. Henry might be old enough to be interested, but he’s got a lot more on his plate. His one mother just got into a new relationship and he needs to see what that means for him. His other mother is maybe in a relationship, maybe not in a relationship, maybe going back to being semi-evil, maybe in a crazed love triangle. His father is dead. His one grandfather just got married but is apparently still homicidal. His other grandparents just had a new baby and now he’s “uncle” He has a new grandmother that I don’t think he’s ever had much interaction with. Plus..y’know..school.
I agree he does have a lot on his plate. But he needs some happiness too, and being in a relationship and having a confidant may be good for him.

I made a comment about how it would be cool If Once Upon a time pulled a “Final Destination” and had Death actually coming after Marian. While I was kidding, I realize this is totally possible. How? HADES MIGHT RISE TO LAY CLAIM TO HER SOUL
Marian was destined to die, and we know gods/fates exist in OUAT (Ursula, Nyx, the mention of Pegasus) so perhaps Hades realizes he missed a soul and rises from the underworld to claim her back and know what happens? They fall in love and Marian becomes the Queen of the underworld (and Regina gets uber jealous :P) I ship it. Hades+Marian 4EVER!!!Love the idea, but I ship Hades/Persephone. Call me old fashioned lol.

<p>Maybe Elsa went after Hans after the events from Frozen. Hans acts like a victim to Leopold, so he and preggers Eva shelter him. Elsa’s wrath causes the harsh winter that Snow was born in. They get the help of Rumple to trap Elsa because she’s so uncontrollable. Anna and Kristoff go after Elsa after the ‘harsh winter’ breaks, and find that Rumple has her trapped. They seek the help of the Knave to steal her back but he fails, so Rumple now has beef with him. After that Anna and Kristoff go to another ice queen they heard of ( the one that is from Hans Christian Anderson’s story)( who is played by Elizabeth) but instead of helping them she traps them. So when Elsa escapes she finds out about Anna and then uses the crew to go after her and they have an ice filled show down at the end of 4a. Once she is defeated then the truth is revealed that the ice queen was a pawn of the real big bad who took over took Storybrooke while the gang was gone. Perhaps this big bad, brings back Zelena somehow and then Belle learns that Rumple lied to her. Perhaps this big bad is the Black Fairy and her and Blue have to battle it out, or perhaps she has Blue in a trance and she does a Black’s bidding.</p>
