Hi from Canada guys! Sorry I haven’t been able to check in but we’re running on weird hours during this vacation and I keep getting on our hotel wifi too late. Hope you’re all doing well! I’m having a fabulous time so far (Canada’s Wonderland is awesome) although we had to fight some weather issues today. Gotta love getting a text from a friend warning you about “volatile weather” in our area after we had all ready gotten drenched while in line and were then hiding in the Leviathan coaster station trying to get dry and warm, LOL
I’ll try to check in again later!

I think Text should be required to write a story about her true life temporary friends/housemates. THAT is the story I want to hear.
Yes as discussed last night, Text will be writing a novella of her escapades.
Thanks to both of you (and DSB) I spent today trying to stop myself from referring to my friend as Miss Ikea. 🙁
I don’t even know how I would write that novella. I only write sad things. This is just weird/silly and completely out of my writing scope.

The fact that we never got any sort of exit interview…bells, they go off in my head. I don’ t know if MRJ wanted out, but I think ABC and A and E wanted to keep any information in clever soundbites that cover up truth.
Agreed. Everything about how things went down publicly has always seemed crazy suspicious to me. Hence why I’ve been on the Conspiracy Train and have never left.

SDCC and the impending reality of having to leave my Canadian Paradise soon have brought back my Sadness Muse. I’m attempting to work on some of my in progress fics that I haven’t touched since mid June, but in the meantime I’ve brought my annoyed and bitter voice back to Tumblr. You may all rejoice now, sadly.
Here is an (edited) collection of my recent Tumblr bitterness:
I think I could move on and get over all this if someone would just sit down and give a single straight interview about 315. Give me something with facts, a timeline perhaps? Something devoid of all the stupid talking points that they’ve thrown out since the stupid episode aired.
If MRJ wanted to leave the show for other projects and the only way was for 315 to happen, then fine. I could live with that if they would just talk to me straight instead of dancing around the topic with all this “bold storytelling” nonsense and “Neal will always be in our hearts and in flashbacks” BS. I’m not stupid. I can tell when people aren’t telling me the truth. Just stop lying to me so I can have closure and move on.
Tell me about when the death was first proposed. Tell me about the initial reactions of the writers and the cast. Tell me how you broke it to MRJ. Mikey, tell me what you felt when you first read that script. Give me something more than the fumes you’ve been trying to feed me. I can’t survive on just scraps, and I can’t move on until someone finally comes clean.
For the record, I’m still not in the camp of “MRJ wanted out”. I’m just saying that I could live with that reasoning if they gave it to me straight.
Terrible idea: Someone at SDCC should have gone to the cast signing with a picture of Neal/MRJ and had the cast sign it. Not sure what the statement would be, other than mean, but that’s enough for me.

Never said all my ideas were brilliant (or nice).Watching all the SDCC OUAT coverage is like:
OUAT is like a friend you had growing up. You were the best of friends and did everything together. Things were awesome. Then one day they decided they didn’t want to be your friend anymore. No explanation, just friendship over. Now they’re off with their new friends, with the popular crowd, and you’re left behind.
Now you see them from across the lunch room and remember how things were. You can’t help but wish that you could go back in time, back when everything was better. Sometimes they give you looks like they miss you, but then they’ll laugh with the rest of them when someone makes fun of you. Even if they wanted to be friends again it wouldn’t be the same.
You just wish you could go back in time…

And yes, I have had some terrible friends in my life.I would post snippets of either of the fics I’m working on, but they’re both pretty sad, and people probably don’t want to be sad.

This looks like a back and forth story over tumblr and it totally made my day. The posts are in reverse, so I recommend going to the last page and reading backwards (but really forwards).

Sorry! I’m alive! I was out Bingo Bowling (it’s an obscure, but awesome, Canadian thing), and by the time I got in last night I figured you would all be in bed.
Before bowling a friend and I wandered around some of the stores in the area and I found these:

Okay, I hate getting angry over something like this, because it seems to stupid in the grand scheme of things, but whoever you are on this blog: http://pissedoffatouat.tumblr.com/ STOP USING PUCK’S NAME. I know you visit this thread, and I don’t know definitively who you are, but you don’t have permission to use Puck’s name on your blog, or insinuate that you have any idea what he his or what he means to some of us here. You using his name and referencing him on your blog like you’re part of it really bothers me. I can’t say anything about your knock-off Puck avatar, and while I somewhat appreciate that you didn’t directly steal one of my photos of Puck, I get what your intention was and it’s still not cool.
This is likely going to sound kind of rude, and I apologize for it now because there’s no other way to say it, but Puck was MY idea. Go back through the thread. It started as a stupid exchange between RG and myself. Puck, the physical thing, literally belongs to me, but his story, mythos and idea belongs in spirit to the group of us here who made this a thing. Whoever you are, you were not part of that creation, you were not part of that story, and while it’s flattering that you’ve identified with at least part of that story, you never once asked if you could pay homage to him outside of this thread. You haven’t even made the effort to direct attention to the REAL Puck and his blog, so people who are curious as to what he’s all about can find out for themselves. And don’t think linking to it now will change anything. Right now it feels like you’re stealing my intellectual property and it’s both uncool and insulting.
So stop. Please. Just change your blog name and move onto something that’s open for public use. Despite what you think Puck means a lot to some of us and it’s unacceptable for you to co-opt him for your blog.
