@Onyx – I like our Town Hall! It is sufficiently sad. We can have sad meetings to discuss the sad state of the community. Like the sad state of our public housing program. Our minutes will be very depressing. It’s all very sad.
@DSB – I was going to warn Heather about CaptainPotato too! He’s the scourge of the river (that I don’t know if we ever named…)!
I’m trying to take the hope that I pretend that I don’t have and lock it away in a safe in the bottom of the Sad Well in Sad Town. It’s better to be pleasantly surprised by expecting the worst than offer my heart and hope up to A&E again for them to crush into dust (because let’s be honest, they don’t love any of us enough to split their heart in half for us). I’m just going to sit on the Conspiracy Train, look at the strange menagerie of animals from the train window, all while holding my job offer from Onyx for Sad Town Co-Mayor. Just need to get through Lunacy Junction so I can set up my new life in Sad Town, writing Sad Fanfics.

LOL, Co-Mayors so that when we’re each having a super depressing day the other one can pick up the slack? I can always be Deputy Mayor so that I have more time to dream about the Swanfire Bison Ranch I never got to have.
Okay, so keeping track, this thread so far has 1300+ pages of swans, penguins, bison, lobsters, occasional cat gifs (courtesy of Phee). Am I missing any other animals? We really are quite a zoo in here. :p

I leave for work and we’ve already passed the 1300 mark! Yikes! We are prolific bunch of crazy and I love every moment of it!
Also, @Onyx, not sure if you caught the brief discussion several pages ago, but @Phee is now the Mayor/Captain of the Swanfire Houseboat, and I think either you or I should probably be Mayor of Sad Town, but I wasn’t sure who.

But remember Rainbow, the “Emma is pregnant by Hook” theory makes sense! It was part of Zelena’s curse! Emma’s moment of magical CPR also impregnated her, and it’s actually the demon spawn parasite she’s carrying that’s sucking up all her powers! It makes sooooo much sense!/sarcasm

I feel like I’m in charge of the bison. I’d nominate myself for Mayor of Sad Town, but after the last few days I might have a pretty tight race with @Onyx. 😉 Oh, and I’m also the worst bartender ever in the Conspiracy Train bar car.

People want to split up the thread? But… but… but… I’m mostly sane. Honest.
For anyone who has been lurking, Lunacy Junction has been a stop on the map (our perfectly sane and very reasonable map that makes complete and total sense… somewhere…) for a few weeks now. I think it was inevitable that we would get to this point before 322, but the question was when. Obviously that time is now. Seeing as how SFers have the worst ability to predict where the story is going to go (I argue that it’s because we approach it with deductive reasoning from what we’ve been given over the history of the show. It’s not our fault that the writers can’t remember their own history when they write), it only makes sense that if we come up with the mostly obscenely outlandish stories that eventually SOMETHING from ONE of them has to be at least a little close… eventually… And we have a week left of crazy predictions, so we might as well make the most of it!
All that said, I want to take a moment to thank all of you for just being so awesome. Just a general awesome, but especially after 315. I was just a lurker before then, just content to observe rather than to engage in the fandom seriously, but having people to connect to while we all figured out how to cope with our shared pain really changed things. As much as I wish 315 had never happened, without it I wouldn’t have made such friends who have accepted me as part of this tiny community of SFers, and who have embraced the insanity that I bring with me wherever I go in a way I never expected. Thank you for making NEALWHALE and #KillianJonah a thing, for practically turning the Conspiracy Train and #HopeForRogueBison into our motos, and pretty much just rolling and building on every crazy, stupid idea that I’ve thrown out, even ones that meant nothing at the time.
I don’t know how this season is going to end, and I don’t know how I will feel about Once Upon a Time this time next week, over the summer, or when season 4 starts. I may never want to watch it again. But all I know is I don’t want to lose what we’ve created here, or any of you. Even though if feels like I’ve fallen into the bottomless pit of the internet, I don’t regret it for a moment and I’m so thankful that I stopped lurking and you all let me in. So thank you. Whatever happens after Lunacy Junction, whether we go to Sad Town or to the Swanfire Bison Ranch, I hope we’ll still have each other.

@Onyx – I can’t see the Sad Well picture at work (random blogs are blocked for stupid reasons). I will look at it tonight at home (I hope it doesn’t have that girl from The Ring in it…). Thank you for finding me a Sad Well, and a Sad Typewriter! I will indeed write Sad Fanfics at my Sad Typewriter. It will be my corner of Sad in your shack in Sad Town. So much Sad. Ever so much Sad, with a capitol Sad.

Is there an abandoned well in Sad Town? All the crazy pro-CS theories (as crazy and outlandish as they are) are making me contemplate throwing myself down said Sad Well in Sad Town. It’s all just so sad…
I had another non-an-actual-headcannon-headcannon while on lunch: So Emma and Hook go back in time and eventually have to enlist Rumple’s help to fix the mess they’ve made. Rumple won’t listen, so Emma has to bring up the ‘I know Baelfire’ card. Rumple calls BS on them, so Emma has to bare her soul “I knew him, and I loved him.” She doesn’t bring up Henry, because Rumple was going to kill the boy, but wouldn’t have if he had known he was his own grandson. Rumple picks up on the wording though, how Emma said “loved”. He presses for more info and eventually gets that Bae is dead. I don’t really know what would happen in between, but eventually Hook and Emma make it home and arrive just as the party from the previews is happening. Emma is still reeling from her travel through time and she misses Neal coming in from the back of the diner. She turns around and he’s just there and she’s in shock. He should be dead. She runs off to Gold’s shop and she barely knows what to say. Instead Rumple just gives her a smile and a look that means “thank you”, because he wouldn’t have been able to plan to save Neal without her info in the past. (Insert super secret season 4 villain scene). End season. Roll credits.
This is not a real thing or a real theory. Just a stupid idea while I was feeding myself.

You know, in the twisted way this show deals with narrative and logic, this would fit in perfectly. Would be a little bit of a paradox I think, of Emma potentially being the one that lead to her own abandonment, but the writers certainly wouldn’t care about something like that. Would have been the perfect excuse to bring back Eion, but alas, I think A&E said in one of the Lightning Rounds that he was out this season.
There are so many ways to do things, so many ways to fix things, but instead the writers constantly chose to go with PLOTTYPLOTPLOT, BECAUSE I SAID PLOT. Everything is ghost written by their dear friend Plot Device. They went to school together back in the day, so they totally trust anything he tells them to do.
