Sorry, but I’m not going to blame Snow or Henry for the way they treated Regina. I know some people like to pretend to forget this, but Regina nearly killed every single person in the Charming family. So leaving her out of their dinner plans is the least she deserves.
^THIS.
Seriously it’s like people forget Regina has done A LOT to this family they are not going to forgive her quickly she still has a long way to go..
Exactly.

-I’m glad Mr. Gold told Emma that she was powerful too. So very often, the heroes are left at the mercy of the magically inclined villains, so it was nice to hear Mr. Gold remind Emma of her own power as well.
Oh yeah, I loved that scene too. I was also fascinated by how Emma wasn’t the least bit afraid or angry at Mr. Gold. And it looks like that sentiment is going to hold. In the promo for next week’s episode, Gold is seen telling Emma about Baelfire.
Yet another example of the Charming family being nice to Rumpel and not Regina. 😆
Yes, I’ve noticed that too. Even though Regina helped Snow and Emma, they were still pretty stand off-ish. That just feeds into my argument that the Charmings are always going to trust Gold over Regina. Gold didn’t target the Charmings for an act of revenge like Regina did. So yeah, they’re going to have a little more faith in Gold instead of Regina.

ParticipantThis episode was a mixed bag for me. I loved seeing Cora as the Queen of Hearts. And Snow using the magic ink to break out of the cell was awesome. I also liked that Emma’s magic was able to fight off Cora from killing Snow. But good lord writers, tone it down with Regina’s redemption arc. I liked it at the beginning of the season, but it’s getting tedious and unbelievable now. I can’t even enjoy the scenes with her as the Evil Queen in the flashbacks anymore. Argh!

ParticipantI agree. It’s easier for the Charming family and their allies to hate Regina because they know for a fact that she’s responsible for a lot of their misfortunes. Regina killed Snow’s father, tried to kill Snow on numerous occassions, tried to kill Charming, her daughter Emma and is currently raising her grandson. She’s targetted every single member of Snow’s family. So of course, they’re going to hate her more than Rumpel. To them, Rumpel is just some evil guy that they don’t trust. But Regina is the one who they know for a fact has tried to kill them numerous times.

Does anybody else see similarities between Hook’s “rescue” of Belle and Jefferson releasing her in Storybrooke?
