Actually I do have a theory about Will- if Zelena kills young Eva than Will will probably never leave the Merry Men (through a long chain of events that I’m too lazy to explain).

Gotta be something along those lines. Glinda collared her with that necklace to change the nature of her powers/attitude and then Glinda’s plan went to hell somehow and Zelena got re-corrupted
In the “Oz The Great And Powerful” movie the wicked witch of the east wears a necklace that hides her ugliness and her yellow skin. Maybe that’s what the white necklaces do and Galinda is green too?

This episode changes the whole history between Leo & Eva & Cora & Regina in my opinion. All this time we were sure that Leo loved Eva, but I think that he never did. He never stopped loving Cora. And Eva always felt like she needs to prove to him that he made the right choise and continued with her weird “pure child” thing. She named her daugter Snow White, she taught her how to be good, she even stopped being a brat so Snow will have a good roll model. The people from whom we learned that Leo and Eva were in love were Snow and Regina. Snow was a child so of course she would think that her parents love each other. And Regina tought that the reason Leo didn’t love her was because he still loved Eva, but I think the real reason was that she reminded him of her mother and the mistake he did by choosing Eva over her.
