ParticipantYes it was. It’s the same place. The clouds cleared for Herc and Meg, letting the audience in the secret. But it’s the same place.
Completely disagree. Like others said, the moving on place will be different for everyone. But Olympus, is special for Hercules only. If they say that Olympus is heaven for everyone, that will piss me off. But honestly, that’s not what I thought at all and I didn’t think of it like that until I read these forums. I think you could either look at it like the writers were letting us in on the secret and the clouds went away t reveal that the better place is Olympus for everyone. Or you could see it as Olympus appeared only for Hercules. We’ll see which it ends up being but I think you could make a case for both.

Participantthought that this better place only revealed itself as Olympus to Hercules, since he was a demi-god who had to complete 12 labors. Once Hercules had defeated the Cerberus, he then got to join his dad on Mount Oympus. Maybe Meg got to go with him, because she’s Herc’s love interest now.
Yes guys, this is how I took it too. It appeared like a white light, just as it did for Regina’s father, but then you could see Olympus in the background. It appeared for Hercules but not Henry Sr. It was for Hercules only. Meg went because plot. And similarly in the movie, she probably has the choice whether she wants to stay in Olympus with Herc or not. Olympus is not Heaven for everyone. That would be ridiculous and I would not like that. Because it did not appear to Henry Sr. and it appeared late after a few seconds for Herc, I think that made it more obvious that this was something special for Herc only.

ParticipantI loved Hercules. I thought Whitesell did a great job with it. And I loved Herc and Snow’s relationship. I thought both actors did well. And it was nice to see how Snow learned to shoot her arrow.
Meg was a train wreck. It was so bad that I thought she was playing them and working for Hades the whole time which would have been consistent with the movie. But nope, she was just an insecure damsel in distress who somehow got to leave bc Herc conquered his unfinished business…just not good for her all around.

ParticipantBecause the chipped cup and Pan doll are down there, this was fine for me. At least they are being consistent. Silly, but consistent. Could the chipped cup be a person? Is it actually a boy like the movie? Does that mean the pen is actually a person that somehow ended up a pen? Haha.

ParticipantI loved it. How could you not like how cute they were? Both actors did a great job too I thought. I loved every part of it. It felt like a crush. Hunky attractive demi God comes along, pays attention and helps an insecure, not at all confident Snow White…I think teen crush was very realistic there and to say you aren’t buying it seems a little nitpicky I think.

ParticipantHaving August and the fairies return in S6 and showing them to have a connection to the Brothers Grimm might be a nice way to go about it.
I think they need to connect the fairies so badly. For the amount of power they possess and what they allegedly represent, they have been the most neglected out of everyone.

ParticipantAnd if we’re going to just go killing characters, then why not just kill the whole cast because every character in OUAT could be perceived as boring in their own way….Regina is too snarky and sarcastic, Rumple is just a mustache twirling baddie, Emma is a doe eyed loving fool, Snow is beyond selfish, Charming is dumb as bricks, Belle is nothing but a plain book worm, Henry is just there to be there, and Zelena is just….Zelena! Every character could be considered boring in their own way. but if they are perceived as such, then the fault lies with the writers who instead of killing the situation, should try to resolve the issue by writing them in a finer style.
To compare the character of Robin Hood with Rumple, Regina, and the rest of the main cast, is just criminal. None of those characters are boring. All those characteristics of being love happy, selfish, dumb, snarky are all characteristics. It’s what separates them from everyone else. It’s what makes them unique. What on earth is Robin? A good father. Ok, we like rarely see that but ok. What about his personality? Other than being a thief in a past life, he doesn’t have a personality. Mainly because he rarely speaks. All he’s done since the end of season 3 is hold up his arrow and threaten to shoot it. Robin has had like 1 flashback. It’s ok to kill off a boring character. He could not be boring, but he is and that’s the writer’s fault.
And Henry was a side note for Regina for the entire first half of this season. Last episode was different and I think it’s setting us up for a better relationship with those two once Robin kicks the bucket.

ParticipantOr it means that they haven’t come with an answer yet. If they say “no” it means that it won’t be address. If they say “yes” then obviously it means that it will be addressed. But “can’t say” either means that they won’t say for spoiler reasons or can’t say because they haven’t thought that far ahead and honestly don’t know what they’re going to do with ideas that are now laying scattered around the plot of 5 seasons.
Yup. But it isn’t a no. They would want to do it if it fit with the story they were telling. Gives me hope.

ParticipantAnd I’ll just leave it at this. It is absolutely the writer’s own fault for feeling they can’t develop Robin as an intriguing character on screen. But as a fan, and a viewer of the show, I could care less that they are killing off good parents frequently. If Robin is boring to watch, why shouldn’t I be happy that they are getting rid of him? I want to watch exciting things. It is the writer’s fault for him being boring, no doubt. But as a fan, I want to watch intriguing television and he is too boring to care about. And it will be an emotional death and I think it will force the writers to actually acknowledge that Henry still exists in Regina’s world. Now if we only could get rid of Hook so Emma can do the same.

ParticipantA few things…..when they say “can’t say,” to me that means they have a chance of addressing it at some point. They will tell us “no,” if they won’t, like the well for instance and the fates. So with that in mind, when they say things like Maleficent and Lily are not forgotten, that makes me think they still may go back to that. When they say “can’t say” for whether or not Merlin created the quill, that’s also exciting because that was an answer I never thought we would get.
