ParticipantThe word whale can mean so many things. It can mean huge, it can mean monstrous. Spelled “wail” it can mean to wail as in a wolf’s wail.

ParticipantI’d buy the Puss in Boots theory. He’s portrayed as a Casonova in Shrek though Shrek isn’t Disney. Man oh man, Frankie, Merlin, Peter Pan, The Big Bad Wolf, and now Puss in Boots. LOL! One thing is for sure, he didn’t come from the Enchanted Forest as he’s already stated as much in his recent interview.

ParticipantIn Archie’s Files, under MM’s notes, it shows a pic of her with the hat at Jefferson’s house (From Hat Trick). That’s the only thing I can find on it. Funny that they would use that pic….hmmm….

ParticipantI agree. The scenes between Rumple & AWB were so intense. Had me hanging off the edge of my seat. Best of the whole season if you ask me. I can only imagine what Robert Carlyle will bring to the table once reunited with Bae..

ParticipantI agree Gypsy. Never thought about Tinker having one of those missing beans before. Good point.
Faux Pas, I hear what you’re saying but that would mean Bae would end up as a 42 year old (14+28). However, I can’t help but feel he’ll end up the same age as Emma. I wouldn’t be surprised to see a twist on Peter Pan, in that Henry ends up being this character. After all, recent spoilers have said we’ll explore Rumple’s past with Capt. Hook. Perhaps Hook & Peter’s (Henry) first encounter ends up in SB and I’m open to that theory. Maybe Bae ends up as the Wizard of OZ. as the spoiler also states “there is an element of surprise for Emma as to the fullness of who this man is.” However, I still prefer that Bae will end as Peter Pan/Henry’s father;

Interesting point Gypsy, but didn’t the blue fairy say that the world he was going to had no magic. Neverland does have magic. I still don’t see how that would work.
I do believe that the BF told Bae to remember to follow the bean wherever it led him. To me that implies that it led him to other worlds prior to arriving here, in a world without magic. Doesn’t mean that other places, prior to arriving here, did not have magic.
Another thing that I’ve considered. The writers love to put their twist on the stories. As I’ve said earlier, in Disney’s movie Hook, Peter Pan did indeed leave Neverland for Moira. Grew up with her and married her. So I don’t think it’s that far of a stretch.
Regarding Rumple creating the curse to arrive when Bae did, that would mean Rumple expected to arrive when Bae was 14. Yet Rumple mistakenly thought that August was Bae. August was a grown man and not a 14 year old boy. So somehow Bae had to make the transition from 14 to an adult man. Considering that he was “lost” many centuries ago, where else could he have done that but in Neverland. The bean led him there and he stayed through the centuries until the bean eventually ledhim to Emma at 14, remaining here and aging as Emma did.
Hope I’ve articulated this properly. But in my mind, it makes a lot of sense.

ParticipantWell, in the play, Wendy tries to get Peter to come back with her and grow up. In the Disney movie Hook, Peter actually does this with Moira, Wendy’s grand daughter. So the twist is Emma being Wendy/Moira and successfully getting Peter to remain at the orphanage. I know it’s a long shot, but it certainly explains why Bae, who disappeared through the Vortex many centuries ago and would be hundred’s of years old like his father Rumple, could end up an adult in SB.

Bae being both Peter Pan and Henry’s father is an interesting twist, but i’m not sure i like it. I mean wouldn’t that turn Emma into a bit of a pedo? She may only have been seventeen or eighteen but he was stuck in the body of a fourteen-year old boy. Any way you spin that, it’s not exactly the thing you want to insinuate in a family friendly show.
Nothing in my theory implies what you’re suggesting Faux Pas. What I said was that Bae/Peter showed up in the real world at 14, around the same age as Emma. He remained here and over the years, AGED, and they developed a relationship. Hence something happening in their late teens (18 or 19) or possibly early 20’s.
Frankly, I’m a little shocked that you would even read it that way.

Here’s a few more for you “Frankie” fans:
from the Storybrooke Singles vid,“Every lucky lady gets dinner at Granny’s, a single carnation and a visit to my condo’ where I’ll play the ‘Best of Sting’ and the sparks will fly!”
Dr.Whale’s reveal scheduled for late October….. Halloween?
Whale – James Whale directed the first Universal Pictures 1931 film adaptation.
Sting – Appeared as Charles Frankenstien in 1985’s “The Bride”
Sparks – will fly as they did in Frankenstien movies from the electricity used to bring life to the monster.
Single CarnationWow Puzzled! Great stuff! The quoted stuff above I’ve already mentioned in an earlier thread last week along with other clues (my take on the carnation was a little different) but the rest of your clues are outstanding! I never caught the Liza bit in Red Handed, going to have to re-watch that episode again. Thanks for posting! Go Team Frankie!
