When it comes to dealing with regulars we’re talking about peoples favorite characters but still it’s something that’s going to be theorized about. I really wanted to come at this objectively and stick as close to the facts as I could. If two of the actors have been absent from filming then there’s probably a good chance that both disappear for while and only one comes back. I mean Belle and Bae have both missing since 3×16 with the last evidence for each being the filming shots and the tweet respectively. We’ll know more when they start filming the finale, the two things that have me leaning toward Bae and away from Belle are the things about planned flashbacks for her next season and the other thing about her being at the graveyard scene. We should be able to theorize without people taking it personally and you have succeeded in handling this objectively.
Now, I’m SF all the way. I’ll be brokenhearted if Neal is the one that dies. However, I won’t let that stop me from theorizing or openly discussing the possibilities that it could be him or anyone else for that matter. As much as I love the character, he’s still only a character on a show. I’ll grieve and shed a tear but I’ll move on as there are still plenty of other characters to follow and enjoy. 🙂
Part of me is hoping that while they may have said a main character dies, that they mean main in terms of fairy tales and not casting. Maybe they kill off Ruby or Dr. Whale? Back in S2, they did tell us that a “beloved” character would die and it was Cora. Cora was anything but a beloved character! smh
I also think that the “real” death is coming in S3x22.
One thing is certain, we are in for one heck of a ride yet AGAIN! Bring it!! I’m ready!!

I just shared this theory with Kellyn1604. She brought up two interesting points. 1) How did Neal know that Rumple had the crystal ball from Oz in his castle” 2) How did Neal know how to use it?
Just a little more amo supporting Neal/Oz theory. 🙂

Very impressed with how you put all the pieces of the puzzle together. I shared it with a small group of OUAT theorists, and you’ve certainly made us nervous about Neal’s fate.
I like Lisa’s theory as well, that two will die and one will come back. I know most believe they mean Rumple, but one can hope that because they’ve already excluded him as being someone who dies, they’ve already confirmed he’s alive thus not part of the “one comes back” statement. I think that Neal may die in S3x16 and someone else in S3x22. It might explain why we haven’t seen him on set.

Wow! You’ve put a lot of thought into that Stelio and have a lot of info to support it. This is one of the strongest arguments supporting this theory that I’ve seen. Sad, but then, I’ll be sad regardless of who it ends up being. Thanks for sharing. Do you mind if I share you thread with others?

Not angry here or trying to start a war, however, I need to clarify that there was never any INCIDENT. I read all the threads, including this one. I have never bashed a character or fought with anyone regarding their ship. I’ve posted with Obisgirl, here in this forum, many a times over the past few years. I found her post interesting and thought perhaps I had missed something in the spoilers regarding Neal. So I asked for clarification if it was still speculation or if there was a spoiler out there. I find it hard to believe that people would run to a moderator over this.
It was a genuine question and I have to admit that I’m feeling slighted and disappointed that anyone took it as anything other than a genuine question. Had someone taken the time to respond earlier, just as callmeLola was kind enough to do, you would have realized that by my response.
How about we start off by assuming the very best in each other before we start assuming the worse?
I may not be a CS shipper but it doesn’t mean that I’m not interested in what CS fans have to say or that I shouldn’t be able to ask a question on a ship thread, because frankly, I like some of the things that I read and see here. Stelio’s “bedpost” pic made me spit out my morning coffee, it was so hilarious.
We’re all fans of the same show, so let’s all chat and not worry about something unless it happens? Agreed? 🙂

Someone is going to die – we already know it’s Neal. That is literally killing the idea of a love triangle, not that it was a real one to begin with. It wasn’t. Have I missed something here? Isn’t it only speculation or has there been definite confirmation of this?
Speculation based on set reports, where certain actors have been and not been seen and our personal belief that CS is endgame. Just like the theory going around the SF thread that Hook will be going down in a blaze of glory (cue Bon Jovi) because then and only then will his character be redeemed HEY @CAPTAINEALA, COME BAAAAAAACK!
