While I think this is a very interesting theory, one major thing doesn’t make much sense. Dracula was a vampire, and was therefore immortal. We know that Victor’s brother was dead, because he needed a magical heart to bring him back to life. Dracula, a powerful vampire, wouldn’t need to be brought back to life as Frankenstein’s monster, because a vampire can live eternally as an “undead” creature. Dracula wouldn’t be a corpse in need of an electric jolt and a magical heart.
I love the idea that Dr. Frankenstein has a twin brother, who maybe is someone else significant like the Wizard of Oz or perhaps Dr. Jekyll/Mr. Hyde. We know that a new character will be introduced in 2×11, who is supposed to be “Barrett” and lots of people think he's a wizard. Could this be Frankenstein's brother? 😮

Favourite moments? I’m with slurpeez on that one. After all these months and having taken so many knocks from people on other boards, it was great to finally have confirmation. Jefferson was such a little devil! Had me chuckling throughout the episode.
Least favourite moments? I would have loved to have seen Henry run up to Reggie and give her a huge hug after she dusted Daniel. They missed a real opportunity there. Reggie was at her most vulnerable state & grieving and she had just saved Henry. It would have been a very touching moment between the two of them.

A friend of mine pointed this out to me this morning. The resemblance is uncanny. Could he be Victor’s brother? Personally, I don’t think so. However, considering how much they can look alike, had to throw this out there.

I don’t know about the OZ references having anything to do with Dr. Whale. A lot of people speculated that Dr. Whale would be the Wizard of OZ and prior to the promos, it was the number one guess. Perhaps they were just doing what they did last season in The Return. Throwing out OZ references so people would keep thinking he was the Wizard and not Frankie.

Another poster, Charming, made a great point this morning on the thread titled Baelfire. Stated that in not identifying Bae as Peter Pan or any other character at this point and time, it gives leeway for adding so many more characters into the story. So, you could be right hjbau.

Good point charming and would keep us all on our toes for many season’s to come. However, K&H said we would find out Bae’s fate sometime this season. So I don’t know…… 😕

Wow Price! Interesting theory. Many like the idea that Bae came directly here, without making any pit stops on his way. Not sure how I feel about him going to war but as to him aging, here’s an interesting thought. Rumple did say to Smee that he can turn back the clock of time or turn it forward again. So, as much as I’m not keen on Bae being an elderly gent, Rumple could remedy that. Still, I’m pretty sold on Bae being Neal Cassady & Henry’s father. Also hoping that Peter Pan factors in as well.

I think the show’s creators are definitely doing the casting/costuming on purpose. Whether it’s to fool us or appease us is still beyond me.
Naomi, you and I are of the same mind in that we both see an uncanny resemblance between Bae & Neal Cassady. I said earlier that MRJ captured the sullen/serious mood & look of Bae and here are 2 pics that I feel show this. PS not sure how to post the pics as Naomi did. If someone can do this, with the links below, I’d sure appreciate it. 😀
