Is that what he said?! I missed it because my kids were causing an uproar in the other room. Huh. But why then, I wonder?

The story behind my name: I’m a big fan of the author Charles DeLint. That’s the title of one of his books, and refers to one of my favorite characters.
It could also refer to how I like things with lots and lots of layers. 😉 Like “Lost,” “BSG” … and “Once Upon a Time.”

Hehe, I kind of like the Pinocchio theory. 🙂 I have my own thoughts on who Peter Pan is. 😉

I do wonder if the PTB are canny enough to try to throw us all off the scent by having someone else planning the Queen of Hearts in this episode (since it's not like you see much of her, anyway) … even if it really is Regina's mother. The thing I keep coming back to is that Cora reminds me very much of coeur (heart in French) or corazon (heart in Spanish). or cuore (heart in Italian) …

I rather like the August as Pinocchio theory (heartwood and all that) … but how do you then explain the “local boy” description in the newspaper article?
Unless he was pretty quick on his feet and told the police (hence, the media) that after he took baby Emma to them … and they believed him without questioning the story. Which is kind of unlikely.
