Daniel always promotes coming to this forum to have all kinds of discussions but from being here just for a couple of hours I can already tell this isn’t the place for me. For one I actually like Hook and it seems like everyone here dislikes him and his relationship with Emma which is my favorite on the show.. Shame really

There is a CaptainSwam thread here in the character discussions that you are free to comment in and see if others reply. There used to be quite a lot of Hook fans here…. once upon a time 😛 see what I did there.
thought his revival was amazing, he’s absolutely earned it as he has become a true hero. Even Zeus has acknowledged the great things Killian has done by giving him a second chance and basically saying the place he belongs is by Emma’s

I think those are the safest ships on the show.
I am REALLY hoping that this isn’t permanent. When Regina ran over to him after Zee killed Hades, I honestly thought that she was going to rip her heart in two and revive him since maybe his soul hadn’t left his body yet. But I guess not. I really want to know what possessed A&E to think this was a good idea? But I guess my questions are pointless about bold storytelling.

However does he really get to elect himself King of the Underworld just to stave off his eventual “bad place” punishment???
But IS he going to the bad place? It seemed to me like his helping Hook was his “Redemption”. Now, i’d like to know how he’s going to possibly over throw Cruella and Blind Witch (they are still trying to take over the place, are they not?) with not even a sword to call himself a king or to fix the place, and its not like he can help people move on (hes neither Hades nor Henry and doesn’t know how to help them) so this all just sounds stupid.
And I hate this character. Like literally every time I see him on screen, his face just makes me cringe. One of the worst written villains on this show and I would be happy to push him into the bad place.

Oh okay, I thought I was the only one who got that impression. I didn’t know if the crystal would just kill him or totally destroy him.

I think Hook in this episode was the best I liked him since season 2. This was a perfect way to end his character on the show, if not by having him and Emma have one final goodbye. He didn’t need to be resurrected.

Once they meet the dragon, emma could be all oh, you should come back to SB with us, there is another dragon there called maleficent. And he’d be all “Oh, I met a maleficent. Got drunk on fire and brimstone, met this dragoness named Maleficent, went back to her cave and….Oh my….”

Keeper Of Tamara's Taser , Jafar's Staff, Kitsis’s Glasses , Ariel’s Tail, Dopey's Hat , Peter Pan’s Shadow, Outfit, & Pied Cloak,Red Queen's Castle, White Rabbit's Power To World Hop, Zelena's BroomStick, & ALL MAGICI am okay with their being a way to kill gods (and judging by Hades’s family heirloom comment, I am guessing that each of the gods has one of these to, presumably, use on the others in case things get out of hand) but my thing was that the story still kind of paints Zeus as an unsavory guy. Is there any reason he took Hades heart? Any purpose??? We got no backstory at all on this.
I don’t like it. Hades was cool, his death scene was amazing, but he definetly needed more backstory. And so…is he in the afterlife? I got the impression that the crystal doesn’t just kill you, it destroys your soul. If it was meant to kill gods, their is no use in just putting them back in the afterlife where they already were to begin with. But that has unfortunate implications because that means that RH isn’t just dead…..hes…nothing. Nowhere. N0 afterlife. Nothing.
