Well, I don’t think most people in any land use magic. And of the ones who do, I don’t think most are evil. And of the ones who are I don’t think most are powerful enough and evil enough to takeover Oz. I mean, most people were probably glad she left and continued on with life.

Might be. I mean, Zelena did “die” and go back in time. It could have occurred then. Then she went and killed Marian and did that whole thing. It could work if they wanted it to. And it’d be a good way of separating regina/robin from Zelena if it turns out it was all a lie, then they can go on with their lives.
I doubt it will happen, since yes, A&E said no, but it could.

I am guessing they teamed up, loved eachother, Zelena betrayed him, and she took something from him that has the power to destroy him, something that was given to her as a token of their love.

I hate it. Would it really have been such a hassel for them to dress up someone as a scare crow? I mean, would that not have been the best thing to do? Even if they wanted to go for a super real look, they could have done what Return To Oz did:

Saying that Gwyneth Paltrow did name her kid Apple but still, why?
There is also a child named: Talula Does The Hula. I believe his/her parents were forced to rename them or lose custody or something.
I guess Pistachio or Apple isn’t that bad.
