Ya know what I think means something? The fact the recap is not of the previous episode as it usually is…but its off ALL the previous episodes.
This 100th episode must REALLY be big. Something that involves them going all the way back and all the way through it all again….. This really must be the beginning of that whole “final battle begins” fiasco… I’m scared…and yet…captivated.

We know Hooks papa is coming soon and we are going to get a bit of Hook’s childhood life. I am betting we are going to see something that parallels Hook to Emma in some way, something completely pulled out A&E craniums for the sole purpose of possibly saying “Hey look how similar they have had it! They must be matches!” and of course the CS fans will eat it up like buttercream cake icing (the BEST icing, mind you!) So I just feel we should all emotionally prepare for that.

Hmmmm. I am going with that ad being true. The whole stable thing rubbed me as odd last episode and I briefly wondered if it meant anything. I also Google’d the name of her horse (Nichodemus) and found there is some character from something involving Arthur and Merlin with that name but couldn’t find anything major. All I know is,violet is not what she seems.

I mean a curse is just bad juju on someone. I didn’t interpret it as the dark curse. As for why they turn into trees now, well Emma is powerful. She could have added that to the barrier spell thingy. Before this fiasco it was if you leave, you can’t come back without the scroll. Now its if you leave, you cant come back AND you turn into a tree because of Emma’s magic. It’s not a crazy thing.
Emma’s line about I built this curse without a savior is probably just that. There is no specific person meant to break the spell, no destiny or prophecy to fulfill. “I took your memories, you have no hope to get them back because I, Emma, The Savior, am the bad guy and you are not me. You have no savior this time to help you out. Dealz with it, bro!” is basically what I think she was saying but idk.
I just don’t know anymore with this show.

Keeper Of Tamara's Taser , Jafar's Staff, Kitsis’s Glasses , Ariel’s Tail, Dopey's Hat , Peter Pan’s Shadow, Outfit, & Pied Cloak,Red Queen's Castle, White Rabbit's Power To World Hop, Zelena's BroomStick, & ALL MAGICParticipant I can’t see it going beyond season 5, but if there is to be a season 6, it would be nice to see -Science vs magic picked up again -Reasons why our land is ”without magic” or has residual magic that people have forgotten about -Reasons why RH and EQ can exist together in the same world at the same time, (and be born at roughly the same time) even though they were ”known about” by the people of LWM at different points in our history -Reasons why we the people of the LWM know about these characters, and at different points in our history.
For the selected above questions I offered this theory elsewhere that I think really works:
THEORY: The Author records and spreads the stories to generate belief. Magic runs on belief. Magical realms run on magic. If belief is gone those worlds will cease to exist. Its like the “God Needs Prayers” trope. Something similar happened in the Kingdom Keepers book series about the kids at Disney world who had to fight the Disney villains. Every child making wishes and believing every night at Disney world actually brought the characters to life. If its the same thing in OUAT, if they don’t tell the stories people will not believe in magic and these worlds will never be.
Merlin is a prophet. And so was Rump. And we know the future is never truly what it seems. That explains a lot. Merlin foretold things of the future for certain stories and told them in advance to certain people who passed the stories down. The details were not exact and of course they got changed a lot too as they were passed down but eventually the stories came true as he foretold. The Author records the true events as they occur.I think its a sound theory.

Are they getting their memories back or are they trying to view Emma’s memories? That is the question.
Also it seems like Emma is getting some major magic going on in the above. I wonder if she is freeing Merlin.

So yeah apparently there is a connection to Merlin somewhat. I also found that apparently there was a character called Vortigan or whatever on archer who was called the Dark Archer. He was played by Steve Bacic. Perhaps that’s why a&E called the first dark one Steve :3
