I recall that was a thing awhile ago, as well as comparing him to mutton chops guy from Frozen (Hans? Was it Hans?)
At least we know we aren’t alone in what we see about the pirate.

I’ve always been curious how the “summoning a dark one thing works”. Like, if someone says her name three times does she hear it and just appear on her own? Or does the darkness force her to do it? What if they aren’t trying to summon you, but just say ur name three times in a sentence? Would u still appear? What if ur doing something important, can u just arrive later? I mean I remember there was that one episode when Snow summoned rump and he seemed really aggravated but he appeared anyway.
Magic is weird.

We’ve seen Rump appear and disappear a few times without smoke. Like when he fought Charming in season 1. It’s usually still accompanied by some sound though in my memory.

Not only that but Emma’s body language when she’s apologising before making the offer, it just doesn’t sit right. It’s like she’s being made to apologise because she’s not the woman Hook wants her to be and she doesn’t want to be rejected by him so she’s being quite submissive.
I had that reaction too! But it’s slightly muddled out since I think Emma is playing him anyway, but still. Idk. I’m trying to just “Stop” when it comes to Hook. I should really be used to rolling my eyes when he comes on screen but *shrug*
I think it is OOC. I get the whole “this isn’t you” thing but I don’t think Hook would just turn her away. I think he would be open to talking to her, to trying to get her to come to her senses, to try and have her explain what happened in Camelot and why she took away their memories. I don’t think anyone would have just turned her away. But for a positive: OMG THAT DINING SETUP THOUGH!!!!!! LOL GRILLED CHEESE! ONION RINGS! TABLE CLOTH! LOLIt’s making me wonder….did Dark One Rumplestilskin know even in the Enchanted Forest that Emma would one day become Dark One
I don’t think specifically. I think he knew, as he said, that emma would start the “final battle” perhaps meaning light vs dark in the ultimate fight once and for all. Rump doesn’t know all the specifics, I think he said it was like looking at a puzzle without all the pieces or something right? So yeah. I think he knew the final battle would come, just now how or what it would entail.

Meaning that the Siege Perilous will be offered to him, making him a knight of the Round Table and worthy to draw forth Excalibur.
Those connections sound right to me!

Oh goodness, I’m laughing my scales off. I actually used to question that. I’m sure I didn’t know how the mechanics of how babies worked but I’m sure “cabbages” wasn’t the answer LOL.
