Question: how do we know Belle was at the castle during winter and/or Christmas? O.o I dont recall seeing any snow or Christmas wear… Unless I am mistaken?

There is a Book Of The Dark One isn’t there? That’s where the key to the dark one’s vault was. Assuming A) Its an actual book and B) wasn’t just a fake book created by Zelena and planted to trick Belle and Neal, then it might actually come into play (and it should) because it could probably help them learn how to defeat the darkness or transfer it out of a person.

Excalibur? Besides Lancelot, did anyone else possess Excalibur? Hmm…. we know its in Camelot. Im going to go look back at that episode to see if Rumpel said anything about the sword that might be of interest. I think he said something about only the pure of heart can pull the sword from the stone or soemhing right? Or was that charming? Idk, maybe I will find enough clues to create a theory. It might come in handy.

Cora knows/has met the Sorcerer and used his staff to protect herself against the curse in a deal that had something to do with her interactions with the REAL Lancelot.
A&E kind of hinted Lancelot isn’t dead (they said something along the lines of “Don’t believe everything Cora says” during an interview when aske about it, I remember) and the actor also said his character would be back (before Adam said he wasn’t but whatever, gotta keep important plot lines safe, right?). Anyway, we know nothing can escape the Dark Curse, but Cora had some random mysterious staff that…escaped the Dar Curse. Wizards commonly carry big staffs, so who is to say Merlin doesn’t. I think she made some kind of deal. “I give you Lancelot, you let me escape the curse!” and Merlin gave her his staff.
