I have it! its Lily! shes not a fairytale character, she has directly interacted with Snowing, she was in a Disney movie after she appeared on the show (Maleficents daughter Mal was in descendants so technically that counts, eh?) shes not royal and she wasn’t in wonderland or OUATWL. It all fits!

However I just noticed that on IMDB, Simon Arblaster is listed as playing ‘Michael’ in 7×03 (The Garden of Forking Paths).
