Every single post you’ve been making has been nothing but complaining that the show will fail all because you aren’t getting to see Hook and Emma essentially do nothing together this season, and you have the nerve to call others bitter? Girl, bye. It’s not that deep.
but Emma and Hook are indeed true love and has been confirmed on the show multiple times
Seemed like the writers went out of their way to literally not confirm Emma and Hook’s relationship definitively as True Love throughout its entire run but hey we got another season. I’ll keep searching for the confirmation.
Oh wait, Emma’s only here for one episode…hmmm. Guess we’ll just keep searching.
But seriously, why is it that you always have to swing things back to being CS. Like sheesh, this aint the Once Upon A Hook show. CS got married. What more do you literally want from these two. There’s nothing left, no story to tell from them. Move on. Enjoy other characters, get excited for new villains, be happy Hook is still here even though JMO got the heck outta dodge (as I assume because she was tired of this crap show). You are really getting upset Hook and Emma aren’t together as if that’s the highest stake in this.

You being okay with one and not the other is straight up hypocrisy
If Rumpel had spent the past 6 seasons doing nothing but chasing after Belle, i’d be upset with that too. But Rump, ya know….had actual storylines that went in many different directions. Literally everything Hook did was Emma centered. If hes playing a rogue cop now in Hyperion, that will be fun to see.
Stop trying to equate Rump to Hook. Those are two totally different things.
Look, I get it. You want to watch the CS Show, and are upset it isn’t going to happen. That’s fine. But you should be happy Hook will be expanding as a character and that Colin will be able to show us what more he can do with his acting outside of “WHERE’S EMMA!”
I fully expect him to want to return to and get back to emma after he has his memories returned. I’m glad this season will at the very least be filled with the majority of him doing something other than that due to the fact he doesn’t remember emma.
Honestly, why are you pressed that Hook will be getting MORE of a story than he did before? This is a great opportunity for him as a character and for Colin as an actor.

I see Hook’s character potential to be way more than being Emma’s love interest. I am sorry you don’t, but characters should be more than a one trick pony.
Likewise with Rumple.
Well, the thing about Rumpel is that his entire character isn’t based around getting with/back to Belle. He has had other htings to do, so him doing that now is not really an issue for me. Hook doing it, AGAIN, is because its all he ever does. Hook hasn’t had a proper storyline since season 2. Season 3 onwards was just him trying to get with Emma and now that he has her, hes married, and all that, its a nice breather for him to finally be doing something else, outside of her.
Which is what I said I wanted from Hook last season. Glad we are getting it this season. Hook finally being something other than “the pirate mascot”. Yay.
See the season 6 finale, if you doubt that fact.
You aren’t getting it. What Hook did in the finale is literally what hes been doing for the past few seasons.
I want something different. You were literally just complaining about how this season is shaping up to be a bad rehash of previous ones but are now saying you want to see the exact same thing AGAIN from the same character. Sheesh, this fandom.

If Emma were in this season more than an episode, I am sure his storyline would be the same thing as before. But now…it looks like we are going to get some more awesome acting and story from this guy and that’s a good thing. Him being married is irrelevant because they could still have given him some romance centered tripe.
i was more referring to the never say never. Hook should absolutely never get a new LI. He is married to his true love, his happy ending. Let Regina get s new LI she’s single, hook on the other hand should never get one. I’m fine with them focusing on other relationships for him but a new LI should be a never for him , he is a married man, period!
I don’t care if Hook wanted to marry a swine straight off the slop trough. As long as his storyline isn’t focused in any way on romance, I think the story will be a little stronger
And to better state this, what I mean is I don’t care if Hook is searching for love or not searching for love because hes married. I want him to be doing something other than romance involved ship stuff. It ruined his character and Emma as well, so if they branch him out for that, it will make him a stronger character. Hopefully.
Hook may be stronger without Emma if all goes well, as I’ve suspected for years.
