What I would have done was use all the hints about WarriorBeauty from last season to throw the audience off track and then BOOM! U find out Phillip is in love with Shang >>

If it is Mulan, then the way it’s been portrayed is great, it’s subtle and not in your face, but I would like to see more story progression of that. However, I don’t want it taking too much screentime away from my favourite characters.
Agreed about Mulan. It was very real how they did it. I felt her heartbreak :/ anyway, if its Henry now would be a good time to introduce it. Neverland was full of boys afterall, and plus if my theory is right, he has someone elses (Devins) heart inside of him so who knows what that may do to him. I think if it is Henry then they should just hint at it now, but actualy introduce when he is much older >> I’m just not comfortable with that right now :/ I still see Henry as an 11 year old

I think Pan is (and rightly so if you go by canon–even Disney canon) a bit of a sociopath, so it’s entirely possible that real love, the sacrificial kind, isn’t something he’s capable of. But I do think that he has some affection for Rumple…he just doesn’t let it get in the way of his goals, which are entirely selfish.
My theory is that when the Shadow turned Pan young, his heart dissappeared. Thats why Henry just stuck it in there without the need of taking out his own. He is just like Cora.

We’ve seen him for 3 seasons and there has been no suggestion of that like with Mulan. Henry is a kid too. I dont think they’d do that. Unless the storyline was him coming to terms with it.

Maybe the African American girl from ep14 will be hers.

Gay or not, I dont think that would have been an issue unless he was in True Love with someone else and wasn’t into her (lol I made a pun) for that reason. I agree with RG, it just seemed that his wife was barren. Would be interesting if she is barren because she stole beans from a witch who lived next door *Into The Woods reference*
