Ausiello: Hmm, your subscription to the Daily Mirror must have lapsed, because that bit of backstory will be revealed this Sunday, and it’s at least a two-hanky affair, as Mayor Mills struggles to bond with her procured bambino. But what you may find surprising is who almost adopted wee Henry instead.It’s going to be MM who nearly adopted Henry isn’t it? It would explain why she was a little over involved with Henry in cursed Storybrooke. Either that or Mr Gold who, in the midst of the procuring, is mistaken as the adoptive parent to be.
OR someone else was trying to get their hands on him… like maybe Pan, or John and Michael.

They have meet and greets at Disneyworld, skating on Ice shows, and the movies and commercials come on Disney Channel all the time. It really is kind of big like other Disney cartoons nowadays. The fact that they used SilverMist means they are aware of it. I think its safe to say that while a few may not know of the series, its built up enough for a lot of Disney Fans to know of it. I’m not surprised if they use it.
My thing is if they do, then is Blue the Queen? Judging from what we have seen and heard about her, she is a big deal. Eternal and powerful, she must be more that a common fairy. If they use the characters from the movies, but just make Blue the queen with no explanation of Queen Clarion, then i will be disappointed. It could make for a good story

Took her position? Is her daughter? The fact that Blue is the “Original Power” makes her sound like she is the real Queen B in all of fairy town. As for the forces of nature person, I think thats Vidia. She’s an… Air fairy? Tornado Fairy? She makes winds and stuff v.v plus she was a real meany to TinkerBell in the movies

Maybe she is TattyPoo, The Good Witch of The North. Glinda was the witch of the south. She could have quit the witch life and became a fairy to gel others. Or she was such a good witch that they promoted her to fairy?

The original Wizard of Oz book is actually public domain, so I don’t believe Disney has to pay a thing to use the source material itself. And sadly, I think Oz using a heavy dosage of CGI is likely. When you have a yellow brick road, the Emerald City, and the Witch’s castle, you know they will use visual effects. So, I’m expecting something similar to Oz The Great and Powerful, but with a lower budget. Also, The Wiz isn’t the only film version of The Wizard of Oz to feature an African American portrayal of Dorothy. The Muppet Wizard of Oz, also produced by Disney, also features an African American Dorothy, played by Ashanti.
Ahh, I LOVE that one!! I was so sad when I missed the premiere of it on ABC! Ahh *sings* THE WITCH IS IN THE HOOUSEEE!!!!
