Could they be two of the three fates from Hercules? Personally I was thinking BF in disguise, trying to get Rump out of the EF. I mean, she was the one who gave Bae the bean with the exact same intention.

We shall all rejoice as I said that purple eyed shadow impersonating Belle was NOT the shadow of Pan 🙂 the eyes and body shape gave it away.
2.) I think this shadow is a benevolent being, belonging to no one. It is a host, perhaps overseer of the boys who visit in their dreams. He just keeps things in check. Of course, when Malcolm comes along and tries to throw things out of balance, he takes a 300 year plan in order to get him out of there. But this is one theory.
3.) It COULD be Chernabog. He could have been living on Bald Moubtain, in NL. Feeding off nightmares perhaps? He could have his own purpose in what he did with Pan

This was definitely before the events of Cinderella since Will’s flashback was before the events of Lacey. I’m thinking because of the blonde hair and kind personality, Anastasia is Cinderella’s sister. Their were two other dark haired stepsisters- one Drusilla and maybe the other one’s called Grizzabella or some .other name ending in “a”. When Anastasia left, Cinderella was punished for her sister’s disobedience.
Hmmm I like this POM. If this is what they are planning to do then I think they should have given RQ a different name because we know she has the name of the wicked , unbiological step sister

Blue Fairy enchanted a dagger so that he could be killed. However, Chernabog was so evil that his evilness couldn’t be fully destroyed, it was contained in the dagger and transferred to the guy who stabbed him. The cycle continued up to dear Rumple. So long as the dagger remains, Chernabog is not fully destroyed. Think Sauron and the One ring. In an Adam tweet, it’s implied that they won’t be splitting the characters up between two separate lands again.
I agree about Chernabog. I just think that the dark one curse has made its way around for centuries before it landed on Rump. I’m 100% positive the wicked witch was ONE of the previous Dark Ones, many people before her could have been.

What if Zoso was the Wizard and instead of having Dorothy melt her with water, he got her squid ink to neutralize the witch, who was a previous Dark One. Then he came, took her dagger, and stabbed her, killed her, became the next dark one and left Oz only to find himself enslaved somehow and of course tricked Rumpel into killling him, etc…

If Ana is the stepsister, does this take place before of after Cinderella becomes a princess? If its before, and she leaves, then she couldn’t have been in that scene where Rump first meets Cinderella. If its after, why would Lady Tremaine say “I’ll tell ur sisters”? Technically she would only have one sister, cause Cind is gon, and I doubt Cinderella would want to know or even care if Ana jumped off a bridge.
Plus Ana seems to be really nice… I can’t imagine her actually bullying Cinderella… Well I can >> but thats RQ side of her. I’m just going to assume its after and her mother really means she will tell Drizella and Cinderella. The chances that she could be the stepsister is very 50/50 since all we are going on is the name…and the sisters…and the marrying the poor guy that her mother dissapproves of…. >>

Because the carpet may be like Jeffs hat, unable to go to lands that don’t have magic. So he would need the rabbit. If the person she cared about was, say, in the EF. I think Jafar just would have taken the trip himself if the carpet can open portals. If carpets in Agrabah could go to lands without magic, im sure he would have made the trip over there for one
