I feel like I’m the only one who approves of Lacey. I thinks it’s a nice turn in the show (even if it doesn’t last long) and I think it is going to be very compelling to watch. IMO, Belle inspired alot of goodness in Rumpel and now he can have her AND be dark and evil with her approval….seems like we’re in for a ride and I can’t wait to see how it turns out.

Actually it could be. Dorothy was in Oz for days and when she returned, only a few hours had passed. When it comes down to going to magical worlds, time seems to not be a factor. Look at Narnia and Wonderland. The kids were in Narnia for DECADES, became adults and reigned and all and when they came back, it was literally only a few seconds of passing. Same with Wonderland, Alice came back like nothing had even happened.

The one thing that complicates the matter is that nobody can age in Neverland, which I assume would include the mermaids. I doubt those mentions were just planted there with no further purpose in mind. Adam and Eddy have repeatedly said that they have a plan for Ariel, and they’ve hinted before that those mentions in previous episodes could connect to said plan. Though, the portal to Neverland that Hook created could have possibly brought a bunch of mermaids along for the ride, hence their existence in Neverland. Still not personally on board for Ariel being in Neverland, but all we can do now is individually theorize and wait to see the final results.

Well in the originally story of the little mermaid, the merpeople lived to be centuries old. I believe it was like 300 possibly. It kind of connects if they regularly travel to Neverland and it’s anti-aging magical atmosphere keeps them young and alive.

Good point. I sea the idea of Rumpel taking the role of the sea witch more fitting than I do for Regina. Though I’d still rather Ursula be a full character all herself. She’s just too….too…awesomely evil to not be on the show in full glory.

Imagine an episode with Regina, Ursula, and Maleficent all in the same room. Oh OUAT gods, here my prayers!!! 😆

What I meant was that everyone in Storybrooke looks exactly how they looked in the book. Snow, Charming, Regina, even the picture of younger Baelfire is 100% them. It’d seem weird if they just made Rump the only exception.
And are you sure? I thought Henry’s book was fairly truthful to what happened since he knows so much from it that aren’t in the classic tales (Like how he knows about Regina casting the curse, Rumpel being able to see the future,etc)
