I like the idea that magic gets exposed to the rest of the world. The whole Greg and Tamara thing once hinted that people outside SB were aware of magic and that it caused trouble once before. I still think The Home Office is an actual thing that Pan just sort of pretended to be. So that would be interesting. Seeing the effects of magic in our world. How would people deal with knowing their fave childhood stories are real. Or that they now have the ability to learn to teleport or fly.
Or that there are horrible terrible creatures like dragons and ogres and dwarves (Oh god dwarves, the most terrifying beasts with their giant eggs and big ears!!!) exist.

I might be in the minority here….but I actually like the idea of the wedding being interrupted by the curse. Even Emma’s last line before the curse consumes is nice.
I mean to me, it’s like saying the battle between good and evil is never over. The story doesn’t just end at happily ever after. Emma will always be called upon to be a hero, a savior. There will always be villains casting curses. And there will always be heroes there to break them and defeat those villains. If the black fairy had been defeated I would have wanted the wedding to be big happy ending of the episode and just as everyone thinks everything is great and dandy BOOM. A curse appears. And we are left wondering what the curse is and who is casting it and why but it doesn’t matter. Because Emma is here. And she’s with her family. And we just know no matter what, it’s all going to work out fine.
And let that be the end of the series.

Why are Aladdin and Jasmine going to be in the finale? Is there a possibility of them coming on? I don’t really think that they are good enough actors. Also, i think they should do more regular people characters, not try and have a fairytale character be the main.
i think they are fine actors. I just think the material they were given was crap. Jasmine came off as whiny and Aladdin was just….ehh. Both under utilized in my opinion. Same with Jafar. Fine actor. Terrible writing. I wouldn’t mind seeing more of them but maybe not as mains. Unless the reboot plans of incorporating WL and this agrabah.

Anyway, I don’t know how to feel about the wish realm theory. Its interesting because its not confined by the continuity of the real show and thus is a blank slate for all the characters, alive or dead. Buuuuttt it feels cheap and it doesn’t feel real because we know these aren’t the genuine article, so it would kind of be hard for me personally to get invested in them. There is a name for this thing where if a person is offered something they own versus something that is an exact replica, they will still chose the one they own because they have, like, emotionally imprinted on it. That’s how I feel.
But I think that’s somewhat highly possible.
One thing I can say that I think is for sure is that we will see Grownup Henry. I think that this reboot will be him trying to find his own story and be a hero by saving other people. He wants to be a Savior now, and thus he will have a new villain to defeat as all saviors do. The little girl might just be some orphan he saved and was like “Hey….you wanna go on an adventure kid?” But RH and EQ’s daughter makes sense. Although it makes the family tree even weirder. RH has a son with marian, a daughter with zelena, and then his doppleganger has a daughter with the EQ, meanwhile the actual Regina has no bio-children and RH is actually dead. Gosh.
As for Emma’s absence, I actually don’t want the story to be about finding her. Just let it be explained her and Hook are off somewhere living their HEA and I will accept that and the final episode will see her return.

I think the curse sends Belle away back to the FTL land or whatever and since the portals and realms are closing, Rump is trying to find his way back to her, but cant because SB now has no magic again. Or something. Basically, the BF played him and now hes gonna double cross her. Because Rump cant pick sides unless their is something in it for him

Essentially let the final season show us all the unresolved plotlines and let us see what happened to the redeemed villains. Like, for example, Maleficent and Lily. Who was her daddy??? Was it the Dragon?? The world may never know! Oooh, what about King Arthur? Is he still running the underworld benevolently? Does he ever pass on? Will and Ana are ofcourse a must!
