We all predicted the Black Fairy would interrupt the ceremony/reception somehow.
just like how Voldemort was nice enough to wait until the end of every school year to attack Harry, Fiona waits until after the ceremony. See guys, even Villains can be thoughtful sometimes.

Rump was probably one of the lucky few to get a fairy godmother because he was the savior. Since he was no longer the savior and just the average garden variety child, Blue probably didn’t think it was necessary to have a magical overseer for him. Of course, that is assuming she was never aware he would become the dark one.
But since the fairies have a book of prophecies…shes must have known…. Idk with this show anymore.
