I feel like this story has a lot of gaps, personally.
– Wait, so huh, where and when exactly did the wand come into this? Like at first I thought it was Black Fairy’s wand, and then I thought maybe it was Tiger’s wand, but I don’t seem to recall the wand making an appearance in the flashbacks, right? Weird.
– Why does Black Fairy steal babies?????
– Okay I admit this is a nitpick, but….the dress Black Fairy wore just so happened to be the same dress she wore when she was turned into the black fairy? Really? After all these centuries? Come on now.
– I don’t understand savior mythology or how black fairy was planning on using the curse to save rumple.
– Fiona was not the greatest or most powerful evil ever. Not by a long shot. Just saying, shes pretty mild. It still seems like Nimue has her beat, and given Nimue most likely predates her, Nimue is actually the original dark magic lady.
Idk. I really enjoy her as a character, but I really feel like I am missing a few chapters of this story.

As i said in the other thread, neither of them are actually aware of the other. A&E are really trying to hard to make CS feel right or romantic. It seems forced. Gosh, at this point i would not be surprised if once Hook comes on screen, Snow says she has a funny feeling in her stomach that is supposed to be fetus Emma reacting to her future “love”

The writers could’ve just kept it simple and had the characters partake in a karaoke night as part of Emma and Hook hen/stag do.
yeah but it wouldn’t have been as….deep. They’d probably just be singing Disney songs if it were karaoke. But I’m all for the idea of a spell having done it from Emma inside the womb (it sounds like charmed actually when Piper was pregnant and her baby kept doing magic. Or when Phoebe was pregnant and her baby was doing magic and giving her evil powers). But I don’t like that it happened in past and present. Like it should just be in present. But idk.
I just can’t wait for the songs. After tonight’s episode we will probably get some sneaks peeks of it in the promo 😀 can’t wait!!!!!

What’s so hard about doing flashbacks that aren’t confusing or retconish? The writers make things more difficult than they need to be.

I don’t think that counts considering she’s a fetus… They are both entirely unaware of the others presence.
Also, okay so this is before Hook met Emma… So….(and I don’t mean this to be snarky but) whats his song gonna be about then? Highly emotional people sing due to the spell so his song is either about 1) Losing Milah 2) Wanting to kill Rump 3) Both.
