Somebody might want to point out to Henry that he is sending his mom to a realm where his alter ego is trying to kill the Evil Queen for the murder of Snow White and Prince Charming. Awkward
I thought about this too. She gets lumped with the murder of Snow and Charming and the kidnap of the princess. Not much of a fresh start. It’s a great start for the Evil queen. A horrible start for a redeemed Queen starting her new chapter with love and all that.
I wonder if Henry did it intentionally 😛 they really need to check in with them later.

And love is strength. So obviously Gideon wants Emma’s true love out of the way, hence why Hook had to go. Cause it’s all about damaging and weakening Emma’s mental strength.

Although Gideon again shows that he is not truly evil because all he really did is send Hook on a journey he could of easily killed him and didn’t.
Hook is no good to Gideon dead. Hostages are useful, martyrs are dangerous. Don’t take away everything your enemy has to lose; leave something by which she can be manipulated. At the very least, Emma will now be distracted and won’t be able to focus on fighting Gideon. Gideon might also need Hook for a later stage of the plan.

That is not what was said though. I think Gideon said something like you can’t be here if i am going to do what i plan to do, like Hook needs to be out of the way. I don’t think he is just trying to cause Emma to be distracted or holding Hook a hostage considering he is sending him to whatever realm Aladdin and Jasmine are in. It may be that nothing comes off it, but Emma being annoying about it for an episode, but that would be inconsistent with the dialogue.
I think something will come of it but something stupid. Nothing that will s An over more than one episode. Gideon has a curse, but Emma finds Hook in time to stop it. Like I said, I feel like this is all just an excuse to have CS kiss for their fandom.

No! I understand being worried about her reaction, I understand needing a moment to collect oneself and build up the courage. But he was going to take the cowards way out! I swear this could have been a great “Look, Hook has really changed moment” and once again…ugh *rolls eyes entirely out of skull*

I think David should be upset about the murder AND the fact that Hook didn’t tell him as soon as he knew. Emma should be upset about the secret. This is because Emma is already aware that Hook has a dark past, that he has done terrible things including murder. While killing her grandfather is bad, Emma probably wouldn’t have a giant emotional reaction given that she has never known him. The worst part for her is that Hook refused to tell her the truth despite everything they have been through at this stage.
How can Hook make amends?
He had the opportunity and he blew it v_v

YES!!! He should have been the first person Hook tells.
He tried, once again, to cover up his crimes and run from them.

Maybe Tiger Lily is an actual Native American. As in from the real world. Wendy was from our world. Maybe Hook travelled here before.

I think a lot about the CS relationship has been framed in a negative way for a long time. Either its intentional or the writers have a huge disconnect between what they want us to see vs what they are showing us.
