Well, for some people the shape of the ear is little different.

So, either he recently had ears plastic surgery (face and hairline are also others) – or it isn’t Sean.

And what do you mean “crucial” person?? He was a great guy but his importance was in showing just how serious the curse was in S1. His death was a means to demonstrate just how far Regina would go to keep control and her amount of power.

But if Zelena resurrect him, she will do it because of Regina…

Which is a nice change from Regina’s past relationship which was, using the term relationship VERY loosely, Graham.

In a tavern we saw a man with lion tattoo.
We saw that Robin has the same tatto.
But we haven’tt seen, if Robin is the man of the tavern.. Or there are just related.
Chemistry… I don’t think so.
At any moment they can enter a new love interest for Regina and Robin Hood. And all the scenes OQ will still be plausible.
