Pan only freeeze Neal but let Emma let be playing knave, so that would mean that only Neal is a threat to him. The only one who can open this box maybe. Someone says that the a PANdora box is to much of a coinsedence. So maybe only a Stiltskin can open the box.

My thought that the fates are sorts of fairies. Maybe the first or the most powerful ones. So that is also the reason that I think that Rumple was raised by the sister of Blue and Blue is the third fairy/fate that is missing here.

The three spinnster have a magic bean and give his to Rumple and his father to start over again, but cause his father was selfish they failed. Blue also give the next generation a bean (her last one), but she didn’t say to Bae that his father is a burden(like the spinster did to little Rumple), just that the magic he has didn’t belong and they have to seperate him to life a peaceful life, but also Rumple failed.
He didn’t go through the portal, cause he was too afraid, that reason for that are more clear than ever. He wasn’t not only afraid of loosing his magic, but I think more afraid to get to Neverland and have to deal with his dad or worse go to a land without magic and can’t do anything of his nasty tricks. When Pan would take Neal, he would never found him again without the magic. He was afraid the thing would “Reap them apart”. (Rumple if you had talk with Bae about your trip wth your Daddy Pan. Bae had for sure refused the “Gift” of the Blue fairy.)
Altough Rumple told the Fairy that he would never stop trying to find his son, Blue never in all the 300 years stop him to search and killing in the meantime fairies. (Is she feeling guilty?). She even helped him. She pitched her voice higher when he asks her about a curse. (Come on, you are the original Power and can’t lie better than a child)
Then Blue is not a fan of love and fairies. I mean the combination of it, seperated of each she he preching all day long.
A fall in love fairy is the worst taboo that somebody could do in her Opinion. I remind you of Nova and Grumpy, she take them away from each other. Come on, she didn’t thought that Nova was a very good fairy and why can a fairy not love. The dust do the magic not the fairy as we seen.Also she was really cruel to Tink, when she tried to help Regina to get away from her rage. Why did she do that? I mean if Regina is happy than she would not slaughter people. Takings Tinks wings was too extrem. Tink is compasssion and Blue is cold and mean. All this things leads to one conclusion to me, she did punish Tink and Nova instead of herself like Rumple when he takes Milahs heart out and screams: How could you leave Bae!
She knows about the curse and know how the curse works cause she told the Charmings to prepare some things. So Blue knows which curse Regina is doing and also who was the creator of it, but still she didn’t do anything useful to really stop the curse. Regina didn’t know how the curse has to been cast until the day before. She kept him with magic ink, but let him keep some. Let him locked by normal people, who could be tricked by a mouse, who is the Queen. I mean as the original power why couldn’t she cloak his cell or lock Regina away. Again she let have Rumple his way to cast his curse.Blue did it cause then she didn’t have to reveal her secret and give her son a second chance with his son and help him to get rid of the curse. (If that would be true than she would be raisng form a Plot device to a regular scheming Mom in Once)
But I have to say that my theory has a big gap, cause why didn’t she suggest to Bae the kiss of the True Love or why did she only found the magic tree 300 years later. I mean if she give the tree to Rumple only a day for the Dark Curse. The Curse would never been cast and Rumple would be trying to find his son in our world. But if you dig deeper into the myths of the fate you know that Blue can see the future. Would Rumple go to our world, he would not be able to find his son in this strange land, cause maybe his son wouldn’t be their in this time period or he would be over the Atlantic.
So the only way that Rumple find his son and actually have a chance with him is to let Emma talk first with Neal and help Rumple through Belle, who is the only one that can bring his good site out of him.
BLUE WANTS HER BOY BEING HAPPY. (OR SHE IS VERY SNEAKY AND THE REAL BAD ONE)
Also I think about being Blue as Rumples mum is her Outfit. Maybe Rumple has amongst his Daddy Issues a big Mummy Issues and this is the reason all his Girlfriends are brunette and are wearing Blue dresses after a while with him. (Milah wear Blue dress, Cora wear Blue dress after she meets Rumple, before she was a red Lady and Belle changed her golden gown into a blue dress that reminds a lot of Coras)
