ParticipantI watched the second half of Inhumans yesterday and was really disappointed. I thought it was boring, which was a surprise because of how talented the actor playing Maximus is. He didnt bring any of the intensity he had in GoT to this role. I hope the show doesn’t tie in too heavily with AoS because I think it’ll end up hurting both shows.
As for htgawm, I was also really disappointed. This season doesn’t feel as high-stakes as the other seasons.

ParticipantI think if it’s between OUAT and AOS they’ll keep AOS. Especially cause OUAT is losing so many people and not even thier big promoted musical episode was a success.
I agree. I think that tonight’s AOS ratings are going to be very important. Especially if they turn out to be higher than OUAT’s musical ep, I don’t see how they would renew OUAT over AOS.

ParticipantIn other news, Agents of SHIELD rose to a 0.8 last night. It managed to hit the highest ratings since its January return. I think if it holds up, it’s looking more possible as a renewal. This is the most unexpected rebound for me, especially considering how badly Quantico crashed recently.
I’m actually not too surprised at the Shield rebound…they just brought back two “dead” fan favorites, and this arc has been really strong so far. I hope they can maintain it for the last few eps…I know they’re bringing back one more “dead” character next week, and if they can get Bobbi or Hunter back, ratings should go way up.

ParticipantAgents of SHIELD remained steady at a 0.7 and even increased to 2.34 total viewers in the preliminaries. However, both NCIS: New Orleans and Chicago Fire were repeats, so that could have helped in SHIELD’s favor.
I also saw this on Twitter:”ABC’s ‘S.H.I.E.L.D.’ Is No. 1 at 10 p.m. in Adults 18-49 With Its Biggest Overall Audience Since January”
I hope this is a good sign for them!!

Participantwhat.
I…what? They spent an entire half-season on this, and it was a hit from a character we’ve met twice? Am I missing something, or is Mr C. just racist/overprotective? And are they somehow connected to the Mahoney’s?
And what was with Annalise’s speech at the end? Was she being literal? Because that’s not possible…right? But the Coliver moments were so sweet. Their hug when Connor got released was amazing.
And I feel like there are a lot of things that still haven’t been answered:
1. Who was Wes calling when he left Frank’s car and said “Its Christoph”?
2. Who was the anonymous source that Denver planned on using during the trial? I still think it’s Ollie, but now we’ll never knowFebruary 19, 2017 at 11:31 pm in reply to: Donald Glover to play Simba In Live Action "Lion King" film. #333360torrie
ParticipantI’m happy that James Earl Jones is back in it! He graduated from the theater school at my university, and he’s going to do a theatrical reading (from Death of a Salesman) here in April! I’m so excited…his voice is incredible
But Watcher, I second your opinion on Whoopi as Shenzi! And the other folks, too

ParticipantRG, I agree with your “Not’s”. I don’t think it was Connor, but I think he knows who it was. I could be totally off, but I think it was Michaela. She’s the one that has held everyone together through this. I think Connor started the fire, and that Ollie was the anonymous source. So instead of being one person who killed Wes, blew up the house, and ratted on Annalise, I think it was three different people

ParticipantBumping this thread before next week’s finale. So, what do you guys think? Who killed Wes?

Participant“Legacy. What is a legacy? It’s planting seeds in a garden you never get to see…”
Happy birthday, Alexander.
Speaking of legacies, the White House performance of One Last Time is on YouTube. Would highly recommend.
And I know it isn’t Hamilton related, but Cynthia Erivo’s final performance of I’m Here is also on YouTube if you’re in the mood to cry

ParticipantI really enjoy Sherlock. I agree that the first episode of season 4 was a letdown, but I’m excited for the new bad guy and development in Sherlock and John’s relationship. I was really disappointed in John as a character last episode, and hope he can redeem himself in these next two eps.
