When Colin was casted as Captain Hook, I really hoped he was going to be Baelfire but after the episode The Crocodile, I guess that theory is over.

See, I disagree. I find Neal/Bae far more interesting than Hook. His relationship with his father, his relationship with Emma, how he factors into the curse and his plans for the future with August interest me far more than Hook’s vendetta against Rumpel. But different strokes for different folks.
I agree with you.
vampirefan12ParticipantMaybe when we have more backstory about Neal, maybe he will be more interesting for some fans.
vampirefan12ParticipantColin O’Donoghue is a looker. Cute as a button. A good ratings getter. The other guy just isn’t much to look at and sad as I know it is, appearance has everything to do with how fans will relate to what they do with this.
When fans say that about appearances, it makes me turned off and not like the character Captain Hook anymore.

That is shallow thinking from some of the fans about Michael Raymond-James appearance.

Dreamcatcher could also be a nod to Stephen King.
He has a novel/movie “Dreamcatcher” and the the ‘hero’ was likened to Peter Pan by SK.
It’s really not that far of a stretch, considering that K&H are die hard SK fans.Jefferson lives in the same house as Johnny Smith in Dead Zone and the famous carnival spinning wheel from Dead Zone is in Jefferson’s livingroom.
At least 6 eps titles of Dead Zone are strongly related to OUAT eps/titles.
Mr. Kryzszkowski (David Bloom) had a guest appearance in a Dead Zone eps.
The red hand poster was designed by Aesthetic Apparatus (printing company) who also designed SK’s ‘The Shining’ poster.
And, SK has a short story, about a haunted camera, that has characters nick named ‘Mad Hatters’.
Then there’s the whole scene with Bae going through the vortex when Rumple let’s go of his hand….taken directly from one of thee most famous scenes in SK’s ‘The Dark Tower’ with Roland (father figure) letting go of Jake’s hand (and Jake ends up in NY)….”Go then, there are other worlds than these.”
Just some observations.
Do you know the episodes from the Dead Zone that are related to the OUAT episode titles.
vampirefan12ParticipantThis is one weird family tree if it is proven that Neal is Baelfire.
vampirefan12ParticipantI would love to see that happen and makes sense.
