I’m dying to see Oz! But if Grace’s mother is Dorothy, why does Jefferson hate Wonderland?
[adrotate group="5"]vroniParticipantAgreed ^^
vroniParticipantI’ve never seen Buffy, so I don’t know about these characters ^^
I do think it is good to have these purely evil characters every once in a while, but I’m simply more interested to learn about internal struggles and how they got to a certain point – which is not the case with purely evil characters.May 29, 2013 at 12:27 pm in reply to: In the name of science: Beard or no beard for Storybrook men #196465vroniParticipantI agree with Rumpelsgirl…

No, I am not German, but I enjoy the language. 😎
Well that’s something you don’t hear very often 😀 when I talk to Americans and they hear me talk German, they’re usually almost disgusted 😀
vroniParticipantAwesome! Where do you live now?
Marburg does offer the Grimm-dich-Pfad, which is a path through town and there are several statues and stuff reminding people of some of their well-known fairytales. Also there is an elevator connecting the two parts of Marburg and there are pictures of the most important people having lived there on the outside of this elevator and this year they added the Brothers Grimm.vroniParticipantEddy and Adam have said many times that the beauty of the show is that no one is completely good or completely bad and I think they have shown that to us on multiple occasions. Even with Cora they explained why she was the way she was – especially when Regina put the heart back inside her. We could see that with her heart she would have been quite different.
So I think it is really unlikely that they will introduce a character like PP, whose story is one of their favorites as far as I understand, just to make him purely evil – and thus, to be honest, boring. The interesting stories are the ones that show the internal struggles of people, which is why they killed of the Blind Witch so quickly. She did not have potential to be interesting in any way…

Regina needed Jefferson when they use the hat to go to Wonderland because “hat’s rules” – two go in, two go out. She planned all along to leave Jefferson in WL in place of her father.
So, if Jefferson was able to go to Victor’s Land Without Color, does that mean it’s really what door they are going throug/each land has it’s own rules?
And when Jefferson said hat’s rules did he mean they had to follow the rules in each land they went to or did he take someone else with him to LWC…..Grace’s mother, maybe? Was she his partner when they needed two to go to a world, she would wait in that world until say, Jefferson and Victor returned and then her and Jefferson would leave Victor in his world and retun together to EF? She got stuck in LWC? Could that be what Jefferson meant when he said Grace lost her mother beause of his job?Jefferson said that the “same amount of people go through, same amount comes back”-rule is the hat’s rule, not his, which for me means that it’s not specific to one world (like Wonderland), but to the realm jumping via hats in particular.
As for Grace’s mother being Jefferson’s realm jumping partner: that is an awesome idea, but she doesn’t have to be stuck in the LWC, for somehow Jefferson had to have come back to the Enchanted Forest. Granted, he could have pulled a Hook and used a body or Grace’s mother’s body, but that seems somehow unlikely. They could have just as easily gone to Wonderland after going to the LWC and something happened to her there, which is why Jefferson hates Wonderland. And in my oppinion you don’t just hate a land (aka Wonderland) because it’s annoying, but because for instance you lost someone (whatever lost means in that context ;)).
vroniParticipantDoesn’t #12 of List #2 belong in List #1??
And obisgirl: in which episode do you see that Emma kept the handkerchief? Guess I missed that one…
vroniParticipantStorybrooke wasn’t magical, but maybe new doors just pop up in Jefferson’s hat. So there could be a door (#18) now, but it can’t be one of the ones in the pictures above, because that episode happened before there was magic in Storybrooke.
