Either she won’t be able to take it out, or it’ll be revealed (likely by Hades) that it’s just not enough. My bet is that someone’s going to be sacrificed. They’ve already stated that the rules are a soul for a soul. I’m predicting another main character death in 5b. My money’s on Rumple.
The absolute worst way they could do this is by Rumple and Milah realizing they’re mistakes and falling back in love, and having his son Baelfire back….it’d be like a twisted happily ever after for them, only they’re happy ending is being together and happy in the Underworld. Kinda like Ingrid, Gerda, and Helga’s happy ending was reuniting together in death…..I saw this theory on Tumblr….and at the rate OUAT is going with Bobby’s contract set to end this season if not renewed….I don’t think I’d put it past Adam and Eddy to do this horrid storytelling. I think this sets the standard as our absolute worst case scenario.

Just realized something….since they’re alive in flesh and blood going to the Underworld? Shouldn’t the atmosphere be slowly killing them like it was in Hercules Movie?

Most likely Adam and Eddy’s excuse will be that because of the Dark One’s darkness polluted and tainted Emma’s true love heart, it broke whatever protection spell off of it thus making it accessible to being taken out.

Baby Snowflake is going to have so many issues when he grows up. He’s clearly going to realize that he isn’t as loved as Big Sister Emma.

That’s season 7. A portal opens at the end of S6, Baby Snowflake falls through and then the final scene is some mysterious man riding in on a motorbike, stops and Granny’s, find’s Snow and Charming and greets them with “Hi Mom and Dad.” For REASONS, Emma and this man will inexplicably share a romantic past.

I may be outlining a new SF fic where in the pilot when she’s chasing Ryan (I think that’s his name) she gets hit by a car and has been in a coma dreaming all of the past seasons up. One of my endings for the show.
I completely forgot about Ryan….imagine if it comes out he’s also a part of this twisted family tree! I can see it now, Season 6A: Snow White’s long lost brother returns. Would we really put anything past OUAT at this point?
I really hope this is the final season. Is that bad? I mean, I can’t STOP watching. Not because I am genuinely interested but because I have way too much time and energy invested in this show (since 2011!!!! Sheesh!) But I am really wanting this to end desperately. *sigh* I stuck with True Blood for about 3 seasons of “blah” quality before the final season (which was less blah and more “meh, acceptable”) and I was finally able to let that go once it ended. I’m ready to let ONCE go (gosh that pains me so much to say) but I can’t stop without finding out how it all ends T_T
You’re not alone @TheWatcher, I think all of us are just like you….watching because we don’t want all the time we put into this show to be wasted. We rode the train this long, might as well ride it out to see what the end will be.

This shouldn’t have been deleted! Why do they always delete the scenes that help answer questions….like why Regina and Emma let their son journey to the Underworld?
