Have to say really enjoyed The Wiz, yesterday and i dont even like wizard of oz story, but for sure was 1000% better than Peter Pan last year. Wonder what will be the live next year?
Okay number 1) Who doesn’t like the wizard of oz?? O_o Number 2)I loved The Wiz last night too. I was slightly urked they didn’t include Glinda’s entrance song “Rested Body” (it’s one of my favorites and it wasn’t included in the film version. Sheesh! Can’t give the song a spotlight) and a few other little tiny minor changes, but still I loved it. Making the Wiz a woman, the special effects, the poppy flower girl dance, the kalidah scene, the ball vogue dance sequence in the emerald city, yeah I loved it!!! And of course the music was amazing. My only complaint was that they took out a few things from the original stage show. Morning, everyone as well.
I thought the Wiz Live was spectacular! Amber Riley slayed that Addaperle role and Mary J. Blige was amusing to see as Evilene! I will admit, I had my doubts about Queen Latifah playing the Wiz, but I almost think she did better than Richard Pryor in the movie. In the end, it was a nice twist. My only complaint is, where the hell is Toto?

The Mid-Season finale was alright. I’m glad Galavan was only a half-Season villain, rather than the big bad for both halves. However, why do I get the feeling that all of these dead baddies being experimented on by Hugo Strange at Indian Hill will lead to them all returning later on this Season? Firefly, Galavan, possibly Jerome (if his body was taken there), and more. I admit I actually would be all for Jerome returning, since many of us felt killing him off so early on was a mistake.

A lot of those pics come from that first sneak peek, no? I also like Regina’s outfit. LOL, though, at Snow’s pink pregnancy coat (why is it when the ladies get pregnant in real life, the costume department pulls out the pink coat?) Having read the press release, I’m not so sure that PapaJones is actually alive so much as a ghostly type apparition that appears to Hook at Regina’s behest. All our PapaJones working for Hades theories might be killed (bad pun) on Sunday.
You don’t…reckon that Hook killed his father. I don’t know why I’m getting the sense of his father dying by his hand. Rumple killed his father, Regina killed her father, Zelena nine times out of ten killed her father for abandoning Cora, I wonder did Hook kill his?

They’ve been using a lot of fog for the recent Storybrooke shoots. Still pretty sure they’re all in the Underworld, and Hades just turned it into a messed up Hellish version of Storybrooke. Old set reports/photos from 511 confirmed Rumple cutting his hand near that pond, most likely to use his blood to open up the Underworld portal. Then we had that photo from 512’s filming of Emma on charon’s boat. Not to mention the overheard dialogue from 512 of Regina saying “We agreed to get your pirate, and get the Hell out of here”, or something along those lines.
And nine times out ten, in the season finale, something will sneak it’s way out of Hell and make it’s way into Storybrooke. Kinda like when Emma and Hook brought Elsa back with them from the past….in the words of Regina “They’d better hope to hell they didn’t bring anything else back with them.”

So…is “dead is dead” officially shattered? Cause they were all dead and now they are not.
Which is why I now wonder whether we’ll be going to the Underworld, or will the Underworld come to us? I think these folks have been resurrected.

Maybe when the darkness was lifted from Rumple his past victims were released. So she magically appears in Storybrooke and is now part of the “We Are Both” curse. Her alter-ego is a crossing guard. *sigh*
Either this or there was a mass Prison Break out of the Underworld which resurrected a lot of characters.
A school bus of kids in Underworld just doesn’t make sense to me….this has to be in present day Storyrbooke. We’ve seen the Dark Ones crossing out of Hell into Storyrbooke…maybe Cora, Henry Sr., Milah, Pan, and everyone else from the past cross back over into the land of the living.
