Also, the idea that Hook sensing or looking for his mother should be secondary to sensing or looking for Emma is…well, it’s what has been wrong with OUAT for like 4 yrs now. Do we all remember that this show was founded on parents searching for their children and children searching for their parents?

Man, you just gave me flashbacks of all the “Who is Doctor Whale?” theories, from back in the day! That was so long ago already, but it was fun times! I recall people theorized he was the Big Bad Wolf, Monstro, Prince Eric, and someone even suggested the Hulk. Then I believe it was GoldenKey, who first successfully deduced that he was Victor Frankenstein? As for your actual question, I too wouldn’t mind Dracula or Hunchback. I still want Dr. Facilier too, since we already have Tiana. If we do end up getting a new Rapunzel, I would be all for Flynn Rider and Mother Gothel as well.

That’s my number one pick.
With Tiana on board, I’m definetly excited to possibly see Dr. Facilier and figure out the mechanisms of his story. With OUAT’s theory of “Evil Isn’t Born, It’s Made”, I wonder what was the event in Dr. Facilier’s life that made him tick, or is it possible he’s another Cruella…someone who was potentially bad from the start.
Besides Dr. F, I really wanna see Mother Gothel. She was the most and only enjoyable part of that horrible movie, Tangled. Also, a better version of the Cheshire Cat.
Mother Gothel is someone I can definetly see being a part of the new stories, and I’ve gotta agree about the Cheshire Cat. There was always something sinister about him, and I’ve gotta feeling he could have quite the backstory if he was really focused on.

This is the exact reason why I’m so happy “ships” are being removed as the central focus of this show, and we’re basically going back to a S1 Format, which was hands down the time when the only thing the OUAT Fandom argued about was who was who.
Onto other matters, what other fairy tale characters would you guys wanna see? Ones we haven’t already I mean. I personally wouldn’t mind seeing Dracula, or perhaps characters from the Hunchback of Notre Dame.

IGN: Are you looking to have new love interests for characters like Hook and Regina? Horowitz: What I’ll say is this: romance is a huge part of the show, but for those characters in particular, they’re dealing with other things right now. For Regina, for example, she’s never been someone who’s been defined by finding a romantic partner. She’s about so much more, and really much more important is the relationship with her son. Kitsis: And I think you’re going to find with Hook there’s also a pressing goal ahead of him. I would never say never — and I don’t want to say yes … but the truth of the matter is, right now, they have other things going on in the first half of this season. Again, it is Once Upon a Time and romance is going to be on the show, especially with Henry and Cinderella, who we’re modeling after [Charming and Snow].

I’m happy to hear that Adam & Eddy are aware that the biggest and most important relationship for Regina is the one she has with her son. Another romantic interest should be waaayyyy down the line…I’m talking the middle half of 7B. Right now, I need for Regina, or rather Roni to wake up and help her son defeat whatever madness is happening in his life., and of course bond with her new granddaughter.
And it’s definetly going to be intriguing to see Hook stand on his own two feet, in his own storyline instead of piggy backing off of Emma. Hopefully A & E will put enough effort into it to actually make it interesting.

The only way you can go into Season 7 with a positive headspace, is to think of it as a whole new series. Literally ignoring the last six seasons, and focusing only on the new things being presented. I’m trying my very best to do that…

As much as I shipped both StableQueen & OutlawQueen…I’ve gotta agree with Lana on this one. The opportunity was there to have Robin be that mature relationship, but he was terribly misused and underused, and Adam & Eddy basically ruined it with the whole Zelena getting pregnant fiasco. I’d love for Regina to find that perfect match…someone who isn’t just there to hold her purse and can also stand his own ground, be it against her or anyone else. If love finds Regina again this season…I’m going to be skeptical given how Adam & Eddy are known to write romances, but I’ll nonetheless support and try to love it if Lana approves of it.
Are you still holding out hope that her next partner is Zorro?
Can’t a girl dream, I’m clinging to it until the very end, LOL! All these years later, and I still think Zorro could be a good match for Regina!!
