ParticipantI think our only hope now is that Netflix will save us and give us another season after this one.
But would you really want one? I mean…this is the perfect way to go out. The Darkness is done; the Savior fulfilled her ultimate destiny; her monomyth is complete. She gets to live happily ever after, her family reunited and restored. There’s…nothing left to tell except to keep inserting new Disney characters for “reasons”
The highest we ever gave OUAT is Seven Seasons, and the most minimal was Five. At this rate…it does seem like ABC may have hinted to Adam and Eddy to start the wrapping up process. Though I wonder if it all depends on whether or not they have anything to replace Once? Will they continue bouncing a ball(that’s going out of air) till they can afford to buy a new one?

ParticipantWow….well, I expected better numbers but at this point in the game, it is what it is. And Adam and Eddy have no one but themselves to blame for their constant back and forth ship baiting which unfortunately increases ship wars, and their rehashing/constant retconning storyline. It is what it is.
If OUAT makes it out of this season, at the rate the ratings are going…Season 6, that’s if we get it, is a definite game over. We can only hope JMo’s incredible performance as Dark Swan lures newcomers and old watchers back.

ParticipantYeah, but she didn’t call herself Emma Swan, she called herself the Dark One. That distinction tells us which part of Emma is dominant now and that part can’t ever be trusted because it will always have ulterior motives. That is how I interpret it anyway. I may be wrong.
This exactly!!! Regina knows that Emma is still in there somewhere, but she also knows that the Dark One has completely taken over and poses a serious threat. However, even if that wasn’t the case, I don’t really see any harm in Regina saying Henry is “her” son now is just like whenever Emma said Henry was “her” son in Season 3 & 4. They still recognize each other as his mother nonetheless.
Amazing how much I love this scene though….it’s like a perfect flip from Season 1 & 2 days only Emma is Regina and Regina is Emma! Henry chanting Emma’s name reminded me of one of those old horror movies where you chant the person’s name three times and they appear! And I just wonder what in the heck happened in Camelot???!!!
And JMo, I didn’t think she had it in her, but sweet Oz she is playing this villain role! This Dark One Arc may prove to be one of OUAT’s most interest arc if JMo keeps this up!
Oh and what Emma means by she learned from Regina was the fact that the only reason Regina’s curse was broken was because there was a Savior in the mix….Emma learned from Regina’s failure, and made sure to make her’s different by erasing the Savior out of the picture, thus making her’s almost unbreakable.

ParticipantI figured this was about merida’s father but it was the queen who was turned into a bear not the king. So I’m guessing this is about Mordu.
What if it turns out Merida’s Father isn’t dead, but was just turned into a bear who was kidnapped by someone from Arthur Legend?

ParticipantI think when you kill the Dark One, it’s instantly absorbed into you.
Emma didn’t kill Rumple, she absorbed the swirling vortex of doom dark one magic within herself. So I’ve convinced myself that’s why it transported her to where all the Dark One Magic began….

ParticipantDo we assume that Emma used a heart for this new, savior-free curse? If so, who’s heart did she use? Who did Emma love most?
I don’t think Emma used the Dark Curse, nine times out of ten, she may have just used the Sorcerer’s Wand again to take them all back to Storybrooke while also casting a memory curse.
