I think the enduring message of this show is one of hope. Hope in a better life. Hope in a happy ending. Hope that the universe will have your back. And all that hope stems from the idea that when you do good things, when you don’t put yourself first, that things will work out for you. So in my opinion, it shouldn’t matter what a character has done in the past. It shouldn’t matter if they have fallen to their knees and apologized to all who they have wronged. It shouldn’t matter if they are snarky, or just plain mean. Because if that character can rise above their past evil’s and ignore that little voice in the head that is telling them to put themselves first, well then they have as much a right to a happy ending as anyone else.

I don’t need to explain anything because @RumplesGirl pretty much got all my reactions….
But…I can…I can’t right now…this…this is too much…it’s been over an hour and my mind is still blown over this Finale. I’ll just let these Gifs do the talking for me till I can form words to express anything besides the shock I possess.
When Rebecca threatened to snitch on the Keaton Five…I mean when she said “Don’t Make Me Call Him!” I was like…
Then when Oliver…Oh Ollie…I’m stunned because Connor did FORTY, and apparently clean, but Ollie’s positive!
When they showed who killed Lila in the end (cough) Mr. Beard (cough)
And everyone give a round of applause for Viola Davis and Annalise Keating…for acting that scene when Annalise came out screaming “Who let her out” to comforting Wes to going back in the house to talk to Frank about #WhoKilledRebecca! That was….amazing!
But when they said that we wouldn’t have anymore HTGAWM till the Fall, aka, the LAST WEEK OF SEPTEMBER!!!

My #Lookie heart has just been…Luscious…how dare you! I was rooting for you to win back Cookie, and you had one job, and you screwed it up! The least you could have done was say that Boo Boo Kitty was trapping you!!!! I just can’t right now with him!
And this scene was quite touching…the Lyon Family together singing, oh but there’s just one person missing…ANDRE!!! Cookie…Luscious…I know he’s not a musician or a band player, but he’s still your son! At least OFFER him to come join the family and sing!
I feel really sorry for Andre…no he doesn’t take his meds, but his family treating him like the Black Sheep of the family makes matters worse. No he shouldn’t have listened to Vernon and tried to go behind Luscious back, but I think Luscious could have been far less harsh than he should have….like, you have an issue with both homosexual and interracial relationships…he doesn’t leave his kids much options!!!!
And I would love a scene where Luscious and Cookie treat Andre like their son rather than their business partner! I mean Cookie tries her best, she even said “Make momma proud” but to a blind eye whose never seen the show…you’d think Andre was a business partner instead of they’re son, even Jamal and Hakeem mainly keep between themselves rather than including their elder brother, which is why I’m glad we will have a scene next week with all three brothers trapped in that elevator!’
It melted my heart to see Cookie and Hakeem repair their relationship….I think the boy is finally understanding that his mother has his back, and always will have his back! Just gotta put Yoko Ono in her place like Cookie did! That showdown scene was everything!
And last but not least….I’m trying to find the gif….Jamal coming out! I literally jumped up and clapped for him! And he did it by reversing the lyrics in his dad’s song…what a way to stick it to the man, and I couldn’t help but laugh at Luscious’s face!!! Though I’m mainly rooting for Michael to come back…I guess I’ll give British guy a shot. And Luscious just really needs to get over himself…like Cookie said…the world knows Jamal’s gay, and nobody cares but him! Embrace your son for who he is, and move on!

Lily’s daughter ending up as Henry’s future girlfriend would be ironic, given how TVLine originally reported/speculated that Lily herself would be, back when she was announced for the show.
That’s more than likely where we’re headed.
