I personally would never forgive Emma if she stopped Outlaw Queen, but I know that won’t happen. Marian is dead, and Regina had nothing to do with it. Blame it on her uncle King John.
As for the costume…I’m more than certain that it’s Snow White wearing that sack because that’s her costume, and Marian wears purple robes.

THERE”S HOPE FOR ZELENA! I feel it! Emma and Hook are going to somehow talk Rumple out of killing Zelena! Either Emma tells Past EF Rumple to not kill Zelena, or he’ll lose everything.
Or Emma and Hook wind up in Past SB Few Hours Ago, and stop Rumplestilskin from entering into the jail to murder Zelena. That explains why she’s credited for only the first episode, and not the second. We see her briefly to confirm she’s alive! THERE”S HOPE FOR WICKEDSISTERS!

I think having her heart won’t do too much, because even with her heart, there was an attraction between her and Robin. And not to mention that with her heart, she decided to let Zelena stay in jail rather than killing her, thus proving that her heart is becoming lighter and lighter.
As for the smirk at the end, I think that’s just the feeling of victory, that Evil finally won over Wicked, thus they used her Evil Queen theme to establish the victory of Evil.
