Based on the Glinda quote, I have reason to believe that Glinda will use the silver slippers to transport her to Storybrooke! I think something is wrong in Oz, and if she is cautious and isolated….I think the Wicked Witch of The East has risen again and wrecking havoc in Oz.
Considering the big, big showdown is in It’s Not Easy Being Green…I think 3×17 and 3×18 will be dealing with the aftermath of those events and the Wicked Witch of The West will no longer pose as the big threat. I think there’s some redemption coming for the Wicked Witch of the West(that’s if she has a good enough backstory….like Cora abandoning her) and I think that Regina could possibly help the WWW become better(that’s what big sisters do).
So around this time, just when things are becoming a little stable in SB…Glinda appears with the “trouble in Oz” news. Glinda and WWW’s relationship could be on “balanced” terms…neither good or bad. But Glinda could warn the WWW that the WWE is back, and ready to rumble. The Wicked Witch of The East goal could be to become the most powerful sorceress that ever lived…but since we know Regina holds that title…I can see the Wicked Witch of the East wanting to destroy the Wicked Witch of the West and Regina…
The reason I say all of this is because that usually around this time in the season, 3×19 could previews the new villain for Season 4, and what other best villain than the one villain whose supposed to be dead, but has returned to life with a vengeance, The Wicked Witch of the East…

Ok good…I wasn’t the only one who caught that! I dread the “Spoiler That Shall Not Be Named” even further now…because you know who is more likely now than ever….
But enough about that, on to other things. This has been the most boring interview I’ve ever read…and I know that Diane was limited to what she could ask, but she really made this like a biography to read about how the show was created, which we already know. But come on…we could have gotten some better questions….

So the second half is about family…and then they immediately say ENVY!!! Then go into the Evil Queen and WWW battle…so yeah! That’s boldly saying WICKEDSISTERS! I cannot wait to rake in all of my cookies!
