And I personally believe that Regina needs someone she can go to…that’s if her and the WWW ever made amends. And I shall explain this process one last time on how the WWW is Regina’s younger sister.

I don’t know whether or not the WWW is Elphaba or not, but in Wicked, the witch’s mother Melena had an affair with the Wizard of Oz, while her husband Frex was away. No telling how long the affair lasted…but she eventually got pregnant with Elphaba who came out green due to an elixir the Wizard gave Melena.
Now…come on! You mean to tell me only I and Koffegirl can see seductive Cora cheating on Henry Sr. with a suave handsome “all powerful” Wizard? We all know how much Cora loves power, and how much she didn’t love nor care for Henry Sr. So that’s easy to imagine.
Cora already had Regina, so I doubt she’d ever want anymore kids…so when she gave birth to the WWW, who was either born green or cursed green by Rumple for Cora cheating him out of Regina, Cora didn’t want the WWW so she either kept her in a tower away from Regina who rarely ever saw her sister anymore or just abandoned WWW altogether.
Now more than likely I can see Cora just abandoning WWW, but I personally would like to see a child WWW attempting to play with child Regina, but Cora scolding Regina as she had lessons to do, thus leaving WWW all alone. And perhaps it was Rumpelstilskin who helped WWW escape Cora by instructing Jefferson to drop her off in Oz because he wanted Regina to have no distractions from her future lessons. I think that’d be a great route…but like I said the chances of Cora just abandoning the WWW is greater!
So whenever the WWW got to Oz…I think it will follow either the Wicked Route where WWW becomes wicked because of how her life just got worse over the years….or the Oz G & P Route where WWW falls in love with some handsome stranger who breaks her heart. We’ve had a lot of Wickedness beginnings…but becoming wicked because of heart break or becoming wicked because someone high in power declared you as such has never happened so both have equal chances of happening. Influence from the WWE to become wicked from either two reasons, I can see happening.
Now I think Dorothy came during the course of the Dark Curse, as the reason why the WWW wanted the ruby slippers is because she wanted to get back to Regina who was in SB, and even the score somehow. Which is why she makes her way back to the EF and awaits for her sister’s return…big sister blowout for sure coming up. And then it is either the WWW who recasts the Dark Curse sending them all back to SB or it’s Regina who recasts the Dark Curse to escape her sister’s wrath. This is when Emma comes into play…who I still think on a stretch wise was Dorothy’s parallel who confronted the WWW once before. Now Emma being Dorothy is a stretch, I will admit to that.
But overall…I can definitely see #WickedSisters happening!
Now…I know this is very long stretch…but I think this scene from Frozen could represent how separated Regina and WWW could have been as a child. A young green WWW begging her elder sister Regina to come and play, but Cora reprimanding Regina and telling her to focus only on her studies, queenly lessons, and to just ignore WWW who Cora saw as a distraction to Regina’s success. This is only if Cora didn’t abandon the WWW, but instead kept her inside the castle.
