That would be very intriguing if the Wicked Witch of the West were really Regina’s half-sister! Wouldn’t that be epic to see Regina discover she has a long-lost sister?!

I now think that Rebecca will play the Wicked Witch of the West/or East who is the illegitimate daughter of Cora and the Wizard of Oz. The reason I say this is because Cora herself stated she’s crossed many worlds, and can be very seductive and persuasive…and the Wizard of Oz is most known for his scandalous and also persuasive womanizing ways as well.
Also Rose McGowan stated that we will be seeing her again this season, and Adam and Eddy have said they’re looking for a way to bring her in. I think that Cora traveled to Oz on an assignment, probably Rumple gave her, and encountered the Wonderful Wizard, and the two had an affair. However, Cora found herself pregnant, and gave birth while in Oz…but decided to abandon the child as power meant more to her because it couldn’t be figured out she cheated on Henry, and had a child.
Now…as to who raised Rebecca…no clue, but perhaps Tattypoo the Good witch of the North. But this would parallel Wicked and Oz The Great and Powerful in a way I can see Once doing, and could add into the small spite hinted that Rebecca and Regina will have for one another. Sister Rivalry, each with their own wickedness in their own way. However since Regina is being redeemed through her love with Henry, I can see Rebecca being envious and deciding to wreck a little havoc in SB in a way of getting back at the sister who she thinks got everything.
